Hailee Steinfeld Joins Sofia Carson & Ashley Tisdale at Spotify's Best New Artist Event

All the stars stepped out for Spotify’s Best New Artist 2019 event held at Hammer Museum on Thursday night (February 7) in Los Angeles.

Actress/singers Hailee Steinfeld, Sofia Carson, Ashley Tisdale, plus Laura Marano, and Julianne Hough were seen on the red carpet ahead of the event, which honored the Grammys‘ Best New Artist nominees, including Chloe x Halle.

Former Fifth Harmony singers Lauren Jauregui and Dinah Jane, and Madison Beer were also seen inside the party.

Chloe x Halle performed a handful of their songs from their recent album, The Kids Are Alright, including “Everywhere,” “HiLo,” “Down,” “Cool People,” and “Happy Without Me.”

Inside the event, Lauren and Dinah were seen fangirling over Chloe x Halle in the crowd as they sang along to their set.

FYI: Hailee wore a Paule Ka dress. Chloe is wearing Aldo shoes. Sofia is wearing Yvan Tufenkjian diamond earrings.

Chloe X Halle Give Shout-Out to 'All of the Beautiful Black Women Who Came Before Us'

Chloe X Halle sparkle on the cover of Essence‘s first-ever digital issue!

Halle on their Grammy nominations: “We still feel like we’re dreaming about the Grammy nominations. We’re forever grateful, and we know that no matter what happens, this honor, it will stay with us for the rest of our lives—and it just inspires us to keep going.”

Halle on their short film made in conjunction with their album The Kids Are Alright, starring Moonlight’s Ashton Sanders: “We wanted to show just how beautiful it is to be Black and how amazing it feels.”

Chloe on being Black women: “As Black women, we are feeling incredibly empowered. We’re not afraid to speak our minds—and we owe that to all of the beautiful Black women who came before us and are killing it right now. We wouldn’t change our skin color for anything. We love being Black women and are so proud to say that.”

Dua Lipa, Travis Scott & More Join Grammys 2019 Lineup!

The 2019 Grammy Awards just announced another round of performers that includes Dua Lipa!

The 23-year-old current Grammy nominee is set to take the stage during the show alongside Grammy winner St. Vincent.

Other announced artists include nominees Travis Scott and Chloe x Halle as well as previous Grammy winner Mark Ronson.

Andra Day, Fantasia and Yolanda Adams are also set to take the stage for a touching tribute to Aretha Franklin.

The Grammys will air on CBS this Sunday (February 10) and Alicia Keys is set as the host. Tune in!

Chloe x Halle Sing 'America the Beautiful' at Super Bowl 2019 (Video)

Chloe x Halle belt out the song “America the Beautiful” during the pre-game show at the 2019 Super Bowl on Sunday (February 3) at Mercedes-Benz Stadium in Atlanta, Ga.

The sisters were discovered by Beyonce and they currently star on the Freeform series Grown-ish.

This is a huge month for Chloe and Halle as they are currently nominated for Best New Artist at the Grammys, which are taking place next weekend. This is the first year that there are eight nominees in the category.

The girls are also up for Best Urban Contemporary Album for The Kids Are Alright.

Super Bowl 2019 - Full Performers Lineup for Halftime & More!

There will be several musical moments during the 2019 Super Bowl and we have the full list of performers set to appear during the big game.

The kick off is at 6:30pm ET tonight (February 3), but make sure to tune in before the game for some great performances.

Chloe x Halle, the sister duo who star on Freeform’s grown-ish and are mentored by Beyonce, will be singing “America the Beautiful.”

Grammy-winning artist Gladys Knight is set to sing the National Anthem. She previously spoke out about why she decided to take the gig despite all of the stars protesting the game.

Make sure to tune in for the Halftime Show, which will be headlined by Maroon 5 with special guest Travis Scott. There are some rumors about other guests possibly appearing too.

The Grown-ish stars and singing sisters will be performing “America The Beautiful” at this year’s game on February 3 at the Mercedes-Benz Stadium in Atlanta, Ga.

The NFL announced the news of their performance on Sunday (January 20).

As previously announced, Gladys Knight will perform the National Anthem at the game.

Maroon 5 and Travis Scott were officially confirmed as the headliners of the halftime show earlier in the month. Big Boi will also join in the performance.

'Aretha! A Grammy Celebration for the Queen of Soul' Performers & Host Revealed!

Aretha Franklin is getting a superstar tribute!

The late Queen of Soul will be honored by CBS, the Recording Academy, AEG Ehrlich Ventures and Clive Davis with Aretha! A GRAMMY Celebration for the Queen of Soul.

The special will include performances from Yolanda Adams, Shirley Caesar, Alessia Cara, Kelly Clarkson, Common, Celine Dion, Jennifer Hudson, Alicia Keys, John Legend, Patti LaBelle, BeBe Winans, Brandi Carlile, Chloe X Halle, H.E.R., Janelle Monáe and SZA.

Tyler Perry will host the night, with more performances to be announced in the coming weeks.

The live concert taping is on January 13, 2019, at 6:00 p.m. PT at the Shrine Auditorium in Los Angeles and will be broadcast later in 2019 on CBS. For ticket information, click here.
