Christopher Gorham shows off his fit physique in these stills from the upcoming July 19 episode of Covert Affairs.

The 36-year-old actor goes shirtless for a scene that flashes back to his character Auggie’s time in Iraq, finally revealing how he lost is vision.

“Any time his shirt’s coming off, I want him to look the way that I feel like he would look, so that requires me to be kind of miserable for awhile,” Christopher told EW about getting in tip-top shape.

“My dirty little secret is that I hate running. I don’t like cardio. I also really like food and all kinds of food – bread, chocolate, all of the yummy stuff. I up my cardio quite a bit and I start cutting out carbs, sugar, and salt just to try to get as lean as I can,” he added.

Here is what the 36-year-old Covert Affairs actor had to share with the mag:

On working at Baywatch as a teenager: “It was my first year at UCLA in the summer and it was an internship behind the scenes. It wasn’t much, but I got to sort of meet David Hasselhoff and Pamela Anderson and see how it all happened.”

On keeping his body in shape: “I played water polo in school. But I also played everything growing up, football, baseball, basketball, whatever. Now I do regular gym workouts, a regular fitness regime. But I need to re-shape my body slightly here or there to capture the character I’m going to be in each role.”

On the sexiest person he has worked with: “Naomi Campbell! She once was on Ugly Betty (the Season 2 finale, in 2008) for an episode and we’d all heard the stories, but, you know, she was incredibly nice. She was soooo sexy and didn’t really have this attitude that the press makes it out to be. At least she was pleasant to me, but yeah, definitely, she was stunning.”

Liv Tyler attends the premiere of her new film, The Ledge, at the Eccles Center Theatre during the 2011 Sundance Film Festival on Friday (January 21) in Park City, Utah.

The Ledge centers around a “battle of philosophies between a fundamentalist Christian and an atheist, which escalates into a lethal battle of wills.”

We asked Liv to name some of her fave movies this past year and she dished that she “really loved The King’s Speech and The Fighter. Christian Bale was great and the sisters were hilarious! And of course Mark Wahlberg gave a great performance.”

The 33-year-old actress also shared that she threw a slumber party with one of her girlfriends for the American Idol premiere featuring her dad, new judge Steven Tyler!

“It was my first time watching the show ever! I felt like a really proud daughter, smiling, and laughing the whole time,” she exclusively told JustJared.com at the Bing Bar, where we’ve been blogging all week.

Christopher Gorham shows off his toned shirtless body in these exclusive shots from Covert Affairs‘ new episode, “Communication Breakdown,” airing Tuesday, August 24 on USA Network.

Here’s the synopsis for the episode:

“When communication systems throughout D.C. are shut down by a hacker, Auggie (Christopher Gorham) is put in the field to obtain the code for the CIA. But his excitement to be doing field work is tempered when he learns that the hacker responsible is Natasha Petrova (guest star Liane Balaban)…who happens to be his ex-girlfriend.”

Ugly Betty star Christopher Gorham and his wife Anel welcomed their new daughter, Alondra Cecilia Lopez Gorham, early Saturday morning.

“She’s perfect,” Gorham, 34, tells People of their their third child.

The college sweethearts (and former Popular co-stars) also have two sons — Lucas, 8, and Ethan, 6.

On Ugly Betty, Gorham played accountant Henry, the boyfriend to America Ferrera’s character. He’ll next star in the drama Harper’s Island on CBS.

Ugly Betty regular Christopher Gorham has joined the CBS midseason drama Harper’s Island.

That means the love triangle between Henry (Gorham) and Gio (Freddy Rodriguez) is over! Hunk Val Emmich will have a recurring role of Jesse, a potential new love interest for our braces-boasting gal.

According to THR, Gorham, 33, will play the groom-to be in Harper’s Island, which is a serialized horror story about a group of friends meet on an island off the Seattle coast for a destination wedding.

Betty (America Ferrera) gets the delicious task of eating ice cream off of a shirtless boyfriend Henry (Christopher Gorham) in the next episode of Ugly Betty. She gets the pleasure of scooping ice cream onto Henry’s washboard abs and topping it off with whipped cream and maraschino cherries. Betty even gets to pour the hot chocolate sauce on! Who’s jealous??
