Julia Louis-Dreyfus took home a major honor at 2019 InStyle Awards!

The 58-year-old actress hit the carpet at the awards event on Monday night (October 21) at The Getty Center in Los Angeles.

She was also joined by fellow honorees Kiki Layne, Bill Hader and Christy Turlington Burns.

During the ceremony, Julia was presented with Icon of the Year by Tony Hale. Kiki took home Style Star of the Year, presented to her by Amandla Stenberg.

Meanwhile Bill was awarded Man of Style of the Year presented by D’Arcy Carden. Christy was named Advocate of the Year, given to her by Amber Valletta.

Meghan, Duchess of Sussex (AKA Meghan Markle) is taking on a new role – as the guest editor of British Vogue‘s highly coveted September issue, out on newsstands on August 2.

Editor-in-chief Edward Enninful revealed that the Duchess is the first person to guest-edit the September Issue of British Vogue.

“To have the country’s most influential beacon of change guest edit British Vogue at this time has been an honour, a pleasure and a wonderful surprise. As you will see from her selections throughout this magazine, she is also willing to wade into more complex and nuanced areas, whether they concern female empowerment, mental health, race or privilege. From the very beginning, we talked about the cover – whether she would be on it or not. In the end, she felt that it would be in some ways a ‘boastful’ thing to do for this particular project. She wanted, instead, to focus on the women she admires,” he explained.

The women Meghan selected to appear on the cover are: Adwoa Aboah, Adut Akech, Ramla Ali, Jacinda Ardern, Sinead Burke, Gemma Chan, Laverne Cox, Jane Fonda, Salma Hayek Pinault, Francesca Hayward, Jameela Jamil, Chimamanda Ngozi Adichie, Yara Shahidi, Greta Thunberg, Christy Turlington Burns – and you, the reader, represented by a mirror.

“Guest Editing the September issue of British Vogue has been rewarding, educational and inspiring. To deep dive into this process, working quietly behind the scenes for so many months, I am happy to now be able to share what we have created. Cindy Crawford poses for a photo with Edun co-founder Ali Hewson at a celebration of the brand’s first retail store on Tuesday (September 12) in New York City.

The event was held at the Soho location during New York Fashion Week and some of the other stars who stepped out included Ashley Olsen, Rosario Dawson, Christy Turlington Burns, Courtney Love, and Petra Nemcova.

Ali and her husband Bono founded the fashion brand in 2005 to promote trade in Africa.

Ali was also seen posing for a photo with the couple’s longtime friend Michael Stipe.

Karlie Kloss and Christy Turlington Burns are featured in the new Cole Haan campaign, which was just released.

The models are featured in the “Extraordinary Women, Extraordinary Stories” conversation, which gives insight into what it means to live lives of purpose.

“When someone is extraordinary, they are being genuine to their unique passions and chasing their dreams,” Karlie said.

“What any of us do on any daily basis is very ordinary, very routine. Extraordinary is really born from being your best possible self in any of those given moments,” Christy added.

While on the red carpet in Toronto the night before, Jake was reminded about how Halle Berry said in the 90s that she told Jake she would marry him one day.
