The cast of Dopesick gathers up for a group shot at the premiere of the series held at Museum of Modern Art on Monday (October 4) in New York City.

Michael Keaton, Kaitlyn Dever, Rosario Dawson, Jake McDorman, John Hoogenakker, Peter Sarsgaard and Will Poulter hit the red carpet in support of the limited series on Hulu.

Other guests included writer Danny Strong, as well as Claire Danes and Hugh Dancy, and Peter‘s wife, actress and director Maggie Gyllenhaal.

Dopesick “examines how one company triggered the worst drug epidemic in American history”, Hulu’s official summary reads.

“The series takes viewers to the epicenter of America’s struggle with opioid addiction, from the boardrooms of Big Pharma, to a distressed Virginia mining community, to the hallways of the DEA.

Dopesick is inspired by Beth Macy‘s book and will premiere on October 13.

Claire Danes and Hugh Dancy are looking incredible together on the red carpet!

The 42-year-old Homeland actress and the 46-year-old Hannibal actor walked the carpet together at the NYC Ballet’s Fall Fashion Gala on Thursday night (September 30) at Lincoln Center in New York City.

For those who don’t know, Claire and Hugh met on the set of the movie Evening back in 2006 and they got married in 2009. They are now the parents of two sons!

A couple weeks ago, the married couple made an appearance on the red carpet at the annual Met Gala, which was held in September due to COVID-19 delays.

Hugh recently reacted to Claire‘s story about how a one night stand made her realize her feelings for him.

Claire Danes leans into husband Hugh Dancy while arriving at the 2021 Met Gala on Monday (September 13) at the Metropolitan Museum of Art in New York City.

The longtime couple looked super stylish in a Prabal Gurung dress and a Todd Snyder suit.

Claire accessorized her look with a starry ear cuff.

The annual Costume Institute Gala is the fashion world’s equivalent of the Oscars and the event is usually held on the first Monday of May, but it was postponed until September 2021 due to the pandemic. The theme this year is “In America” and there will be a two-part exhibit with the second part debuting at next year’s Met Gala.

Claire and Hugh were last seen out together at Wimbledon over the summer.

Priyanka Chopra matches her face mask to her outfit while arriving to attend the women’s final at Wimbledon on Saturday (July 10) in London, England.

The 38-year-old actress sat two rows behind Kate Middleton and Prince William while attending the event, where Australian tennis player Ashleigh Barty won the match.

Also in attendance at the event were Claire Danes and her husband, The Good Fight actor Hugh Dancy.

For those who don’t know, Priyanka and Claire starred in the 2018 movie A Kid Like Jake. While we don’t know if they met up at the tennis match, we hope they did! You can stream the movie right now on Amazon Prime Video.

Priyanka was joined at the event by her friend Natasha Poonawalla, who is the executive director of Serum Institute of India.

There were some other big celebrities in attendance at the match.

Claire Danes has taken over a role slated for Keira Knightley in an upcoming Apple+ TV series.

Deadline reports that the Homeland star will replace Keira in The Essex Serpent adaptation series.

The Essex Serpent follows newly widowed Cora (Danes) who, having being released from an abusive marriage, relocates from Victorian London to the small village of Aldwinter in Essex, intrigued by a local superstition that a mythical creature known as the Essex Serpent has returned to the area.

The book, written by Sarah Perry, was named Book of the Year by the British Book Awards in 2016.

It’s reported that Keira pulled out of the project over concerns about childcare for her two young children.

Just last year, Claire ended an eight season run on Homeland as Carrie Mathison, and reflected on playing the badass character in a recent interview.

Hugh Dancy is opening up about wife Claire Danes‘ story about how a one night stand with someone else made her realize her true feelings for him.

If you didn’t hear Claire‘s story, she spoke to Dax Shepard for his podcast Armchair Expert, and revealed that at the time just before she met Hugh, she was set on being single for a while.

However, she ended up going on a date with someone who wasn’t named and after that night, her “palate was cleansed”. However, that date also made her realize that her feelings for Hugh weren’t just part of a flirty fling.

“[That was] the end of life as a single person was realized,” she shared.

During his conversation with SiriusXM’s Michelle Collins, Hugh shared that he could thank whoever she slept with for “being an inadequate lover.”
