Claudia Schiffer models a look from Chanel‘s Prestige Eyewear Collection for its Autumn/Winter ad campaign.
The 40-year-old German model posed for the fashion house’s creative director, Karl Lagerfeld, who considers Claudia his long-time muse.
The new collection’s sunglasses and eyeglasses feature the chain handle of the brand’s iconic handbags woven with a strip of lambskin to form the temples.
Claudia is also working on launching her own knitwear line and told Harper’s Bazaar “it’s the first time I have put my name to something. I feel very confident but also very nervous.”
“I’ve worked far too long in the fashion industry that I could just sell out. I always knew I wanted to do something that I would love myself, something to be proud of,” she added.
