Kelsea Ballerini, Carly Pearce and Jessie James Decker wore super bright colors on the red carpet for the 2022 CMT Artists Of The Year!

The three singers stepped out for the event, held at Schermerhorn Symphony Center, on Wednesday (October 12) in Nashville, Tenn., alongside Ciara, Walker Hayes, Kane and Katelyn Brown, Yellowstone stars Kelsey Asbille and Lainey Wilson.

Shay Mooney, Dan Smyers, Cody Johnson, Cody Alan, Lily Rose, Dustin Lynch, and Rascal Flatts‘ Gary LeVox were also spotted at the annual ceremony.

Carly, Walker, Kane, Cody Johnson, and Luke Combs will all be honored at the event, with Lainey as the Breakout Artist of the Year.

Alan Jackson will also be honored with the CMT Artist Of A Lifetime award.

The 2022 CMT Artists Of The Year ceremony will premiere on Friday, October 14 at 9 p.m. ET/PT on CMT.

Dave Haywood, Hillary Scott and Charles Kelley hit the red carpet at the 2021 CMT Artist of the Year held on Wednesday night (October 13) in Nashville, Tenn.

The trio of entertainers, who perform as Lady A, were joined by other country stars including “Fancy Like” singer Walker Hayes and wife Laney Beville, Cody Alan, Cassadee Pope and Lindsay Ell.

Morgan Evans, singer and husband of honoree Kelsea Ballerini, was also spotted on the red carpet for the show.

The event will also honor Chris Stapleton, Gabby Barrett, Kane Brown, and Luke Combs.

Mickey Guyton and Randy Travis will also be honored at the event with the Breakout Artist of the Year, and Artist of a Lifetime honors, respectively.

CMT and iHeartRadio host Cody Alan has come out as gay.

The 44-year-old posted the announcement on his Instagram account.

“2017. As we start a new year, there is something I want to share with you. You see, I’m gay. This is not a choice I made, but something I’ve known about myself my whole life. Through life’s twists and turns, marriage, divorce, fatherhood, successes, failures – I’ve landed on this day, a day when I’m happier and healthier than I’ve ever been,” Cody wrote.

Chad Michael Murray cozies up to wife Sarah Roemer while stepping out at the 2016 CMT Awards at the Bridgestone Arena on Wednesday (June 8) in Nashville, Tenn.

The couple was joined by fellow presenters Cole Swindell, Madison Iseman, Billy Gardell, Chris Janson, Bobby Bones, and Cody Alan.

Also in attendance was up-and-coming singer Tara Thompson.

This was a rare appearance for Chad and Sarah, who aren’t photographed often and are busy at home with their one-year-old son.
