Colin Farrell films scenes for Winter’s Tale with a beautiful white horse on Wednesday (December 5) in New York City.

This is not the first time the 37-year-old actor has saddled up for the flick. Colin recently shot scenes riding the same horse with co-star Jessica Brown Findlay.

In between scenes, Colin spent some quality time with his four-legged friend by stroking it’s nose and brushing it’s coat.

Earlier in the week, Colin was joined by his co-star Jennifer Connelly on set.

Colin Farrell keeps it serious while filming scenes for his upcoming movie Winter’s Tale on Sunday (December 2) in New York City.

The 37-year-old actor was joined on set by his co-star Jennifer Connelly, who was spotted chatting on a cell phone.

Earlier in the week, Colin was spotted riding a horse with co-star Jessica Brown Findlay.

It was recently announced that Jennifer will be starring opposite of Cillian Murphy in the upcoming film Cry/Fly, shooting in February.

The week prior, the 36-year-old actor was spotted horseback riding solo and was even seen sporting a long, shaggy hairdo for the role recently.

Colin Farrell takes the reins atop a white horse on the set of Winter’s Tale on Wednesday (November 21) in New York City.

The 36-year-old actor has been hard at work on the film for the past several weeks.

Previously on set, Colin had sported a longer, shaggier hairdo and less refined clothing – but he looks super clean cut and dapper as can be in this new set of pics!

Winter’s Tale also stars Will Smith, Matt Bomer, Russell Crowe, Jennifer Connelly, and Jessica Brown Findlay. Look out for the flick to be released sometime next year!

The 36-year-old actor recently opened up to InStyle magazine about his oldest son James, and his struggle with a genetic disorder called Angelman Syndrome.

“We share in the smallest victories; the first words at age six or seven, being able to feed oneself at 19, and getting the seizures under control,” Colin said (via ABC News). “When James took his first steps at age four, I nearly broke in half!”

“It was at the Special Olympics in Shanghai in 2007 that I decided, after consulting with James’ mother [Kim Bordenave], that I wanted to talk publicly about the pride and joy I had in our son,” Colin added. “When you’re the parent of a child with special needs, it’s important to feel that you’re not alone.”

Production for the 36-year-old actor’s film was shut down last week due to the unsafe conditions of Hurricane Sandy.

It was recently announced that production on the 36-year-old actor’s film has been shut down until Wednesday because of Hurricane Sandy, which is expected to hit early this week.

The film’s production team is currently looking for new set locations outside the flood-prone areas, particularly Red Hook in Brooklyn.
