Zachary Quinto and Connie Britton attend a special screening for their show, American Horror Story, held at the Leonard H. Goldenson Theatre on Wednesday (April 18) in North Hollywood, Calif.

The 34-year-old actor and Connie, 44, were joined at the event by their co-stars Dylan McDermott, Jessica Lange, Lily Rabe, Evan Peters, Alexandra Breckenridge, and Denis O’Hare.

Ryan Murphy, who created the show, recently revealed the setting of season two.

“[Season two] is set on the East Coast at an institution for the criminally insane that is run by Jessica,” Ryan shared at the screening. “It’s a completely different world and has nothing to do with season one, there’s not a mention of season one. The second season is set in a completely different time period.”

Connie Britton strikes a pose at The Paley Center for Media’s PaleyFest honoring American Horror Story held at the Saban Theatre on Friday (March 2) in Beverly Hills, Calif.

The 44-year-old actress was joined at the event by her American Horror Story co-stars Jessica Lange, Sarah Paulson (in Lisa Ho), Dylan McDermott, and Alexandra Breckenridge.

It was just announced that Zachary Quinto and Jessica will both be returning to the show for its second season!

At the event, it was revealed that Sarah, Evan Peters, and Lily Rabe will also be returning.

“Everyone will be playing the opposite of what they played,” creator Ryan Murphy said about the new season. “We’re writing it and we don’t want to talk about it too much.”

The 44-year-old American Horror Story actress kept her cutie pie son strapped to her body while waiting for her bags.

Back in November, Connie adopted Eyob from Ethiopia. She traveled to the country and finally, after a three-year adoption process, came home with Eyob!

In late November, the two were pictured together for the first time.

American Horror Story stars Connie Britton and Dylan McDermott take the cover of Boston Common magazine’s latest issue.

Here’s what the stars of the hit FX show had to share:

Connie, on what attracted her to the show: “I was drawn to the psychological aspect of the story. Playing this character in the midst of a crumbling marriage who is now dealing with all sorts of problems living in this house.”

Dylan, on why he thinks people are drawn to scary stories: “We’re fascinated with the good and evil inside of each of us, as well as the existence of the devil himself. I mean he’s the biggest bad guy in the world. What’s badder than that?”

Dylan, on the main themes behind the show: “The show is designed to push limits, make you uncomfortable, and it’s weird and kinky and all that, but it’s first and foremost a show about marriage. Because at the base of all this is a fractured family.”

Connie traveled to the African nation Ethiopia earlier this month after a three-year adoption process and recently returned home with 9-month-old Eyob.

Connie Britton has adopted a baby boy, a rep for the actress confirms to JustJared.com.

The 44-year-old actress, who starred in Friday Night Lights and now appears on FX’s drama American Horror Story, is the proud parent of a 9-month-old baby boy named Eyob from Ethiopia, the actress told People.

“I am thanking my lucky stars every day,” Connie told People.
