Corbin Bleu basically looks like he’s flying while performing an incredible dance number at the 2019 Tony Awards on Sunday (June 9) at Radio City Music Hall in New York City.

The 30-year-old actor joined the cast of Kiss Me, Kate for the show-stopping number “Too Darn Hot” during the awards show. Kelli O’Hara, the show’s Tony-nominated star, introduced the performance.

Kiss Me, Kate was nominated for four awards, including Best Revival of a Musical, but sadly didn’t win any of them. The musical will end its limited engagement at Studio 54 on June 30.

The actresses were joined by their co-stars Will Chase (with girlfriend Ingrid Michaelson), Corbin Bleu (with wife Sasha Clements), and Adrienne Walker.

The reviews are in for the revival and it sounds like you better run and get tickets!

“I had to check my program twice to confirm that Styles is making her Broadway debut; the petite comic powerhouse is poised to join the lineage of Peters, Chenoweth and Ashford,” The Observer wrote about Stephanie!

The revival of the classic Broadway musical Kiss Me Kate has its official opening night next week and the first images of the production have been released.

Starring in the show are Broadway legends Kelli O’Hara and Will Chase, along with Corbin Bleu and newcomer Stephanie Styles, who we hear are giving scene-stealing performances!

Kiss Me Kate was the winner of the first-ever Tony Award for Best Musical and it features such classic songs as “Too Darn Hot” and “Always True To You In My Fashion.”

The show is playing a limited run through June 2!

Stephanie Styles looks stunning on the carpet while showing her supporting at the 2019 Roundabout Theatre Company Gala held at The Ziegfeld Ballroom on Monday (February 25) in New York City.

The 27-year-old actress is currently making her Broadway debut in Roundabout’s production of Kiss Me Kate and she was joined at the event by co-stars Corbin Bleu and Adrienne Walker.

Broadway, film, and TV legend John Lithgow was honored at the event with the Jason Robards Award for Excellence in Theatre.

More Broadway stars in attendance included Be More Chill‘s Will Roland, To Kill a Mockingbird‘s Celia Keenan-Bolger and Gideon Glick, Bandstand‘s Laura Osnes with husband Nathan Johnson, and Tootsie‘s Sarah Stiles.

Corbin Bleu and Stephanie Styles have joined the cast of the upcoming Broadway revival of the classic musical Kiss Me, Kate!

The Roundabout Theatre Company’s highly anticipated revival stars Kelli O’Hara as Lilli Vanessi/Katharine and Will Chase as Fred Graham/Petruchio.

Corbin will be playing Bill Calhoun/Lucentio and Stephanie is taking on the role of Lois Lane/Bianca.

Corbin has previously been seen on Broadway in In the Heights, Godspell, and Holiday Inn. Stephanie, who recently starred in the out-of-town production of Roman Holiday, will be making her Broadway debut!

Corbin Bleu has already filled the shoes of Fred Astaire and now he is stepping into the shoes of another dancing and singing legend, Gene Kelly!

The 29-year-old actor will be playing the role of Don Lockwood in the upcoming production of Singin’ in the Rain at The Muny in St. Louis.

The production will run this summer for just one week, June 27 – July 3.

“This is a thrilling union of artist and role,” said Muny Artistic Director and Executive Producer Mike Isaacson. “Corbin is true triple threat – a charmer who can sing, dance and act with joyous skill and ease. I’m sure Gene Kelly is smiling somewhere.”

Corbin got his start in the High School Musical series and he was the runner-up in the 17th season of Dancing With the Stars. Recently, he starred on Broadway in the musical Holiday Inn and won the Chita Rivera Award for Outstanding Male Dancer in a Broadway Show!
