Beat Shazam is back!
The hit Fox music-based game show will return for Season 7 on May 28, the network confirmed.
During the game, teams of two players race to identify songs by sound in hopes of winning up to $1 million. Whoever wins the most money gets to play the final round against Shazam, the show’s computer.
This time around, there are two stars stepping away from the show, and two stars returning.

Corinne Foxx is getting married!
The 29-year-old actress/host and daughter of Jamie Foxx, announced Sunday (December 17) that she is engaged to her beau Joe Hooten.
Corinne of course took to her Instagram to share the news, along with engagement photos.

Jamie Foxx‘s daughter Corinne Foxx is speaking out in response to rumors about his health, specifically that the family is “preparing for the worst.”
Rumors have spread this week that Jamie was still in the hospital and that his health was not improving. He was hospitalized in early April for a “medical complication,” though specific details were not provided.
Corinne is denying the rumors and providing a new update on her dad’s health.

Claire Foy hits the red carpet in a chic cream ensemble for TheWrap’s 2022 Power Women Summit held at Fairmont Miramar Hotel & Bungalows on Wednesday (December 14) in Santa Monica, Calif.
The Women Talking star was just one of the several stars who attended the annual event which celebrates female professionals in the media, technology and entertainment.
The Summit aims to inspire and empower women across the landscape of their professional careers and personal lives.
The Woman King‘s Thuso Mbedu and director Gina Prince-Bythewood, White Lotus star Sabrina Impacciatore, Sarah Michelle Gellar, Ana Gasteyer, The Rings of Power‘s Nazanin Boniadi, Marvel’s Xochitl Gomez, Everything Everywhere All At Once breakout Stephanie Hsu, Glass Onion‘s Jessica Henwick, and Sex Lives of College Girls‘ Lauren Spencer also stepped out for the event.
Singer Sofia Carson performed at the event, with Christy Carlson Romano, Corinne Foxx, and Jodie Sweetin in attendance. Reality show stars Jenna Johnson, Stassi Schroeder, Kenya Moore, Crystal Kung Minkoff, Kelly Mi Li, and Mary Fitzgerald also took part in a panel discussion.

Jamie Foxx and his daughter Corinne are dressing up for their big night!
The 53-year-old actor and his 27-year-old daughter attended the virtual premiere of their new Netflix series Dad Stop Embarrassing Me! this week in Los Angeles.
Jamie stars in the series, which Corinne is executive producing.
Also attending the virtual premiere were cast members Kyla-Drew, Porscha Coleman, Jonathan Kite, and David Alan Grier.
Here’s what the show is about: “Brian Dixon (Jamie Foxx), successful business owner and bachelor, just became a full-time father to his teenage daughter Sasha (Kyla-Drew). Determined to be the best father he can be, Brian’s going to need all the help he can get from his dad (David Alan Grier) and sister (Porscha Coleman) — and Sasha’s going to need all the help she can get learning how to deal with her new, lovingly chaotic. Full of heart and humor, Dad Stop Embarrassing Me is inspired by Foxx’s real-life relationship with daughter Corinne Foxx, who also serves as executive producer.”

Jamie Foxx is celebrating his daughter, Corinne Foxx!
Corinne, who starred as Thelma Evans in the live recreation of Good Times for Live in Front of a Studio Audience, celebrated the show’s win for Outstanding Variety Special (Live) at the 2020 Creative Arts Emmy Awards announced on Tuesday (September 15).

“I would like to introduce to you my daughter Emmy award winning @corinnefoxx !!!! Congratulations on your Emmy award performance!!! in good times on live in front of a studio audience!!! Jamie Foxx‘s new show is heading to Netflix!
The 52-year-old actor is set to star in and executive produce a comedy series called Dad Stop Embarrassing Me for the streaming service, inspired by his relationship with 26-year-old daughter Corinne who will also produce on the show, THR reported Tuesday (September 1).

It will also be Jamie‘s first regular role on a scripted TV show since The Jamie Foxx Show ended in 2001. He hosts Beat Shazam, and starred in ABC’s Live in Front of a Studio Audience.
The cast also includes his former In Living Color co-star David Alan Grier, Kyla-Drew, Porscha Coleman and Jonathan Kite. Heather Hemmens and Valente Rodriguez will recur in the show.
