Cory Booker Supports Girlfriend Rosario Dawson at 'The Need to Grow' Premiere!

Rosario Dawson is joined on the red carpet by her boyfriend Cory Booker at the premiere of her eco-solution film The Need to Grow on Wednesday (October 9) in Los Angeles.

The couple made a very rare appearance together at the event. They both have extremely busy schedules – Rosario has been working on her upcoming series Briarpatch and Cory is running for president!

Rosario recently chatted with ET about Cory‘s work ethic.

“I’ve seen him at his most tired, his most exhausted, his most broken down from just different things that are going on, having to respond to the crisis. We’re all so devastated by so many of the terrible things going on, and so pushed and moved and motivated by the powerful things, but we’re not always so front and center with it,” she said. “He’s right there responding, just coming with grace and beauty. It’s just been really remarkable. He’s just a good human being.”

Protesters Interrupt Cory Booker During Democratic Debate - What Did They Say?

Cory Booker was interrupted by protestors during Night 2 of the 2020 Democratic Debates on Wednesday night (July 31).

The 50-year-old New Jersey senator and presidential hopeful was speaking when protestors began shouting “fire Pantaleo” during his opening statement during the second round of debates.

The chant was actually directed at New York City major Bill de Blasio.

The protestors were referring to Officer Daniel Pantaleo who is the New York Police Department cop who engaged in the fatal struggle with Eric Garner, who died in 2014 while in a chokehold. His death prompted protests for years to come, and is one of the several police killings protested by the Black Lives Matter movement. Earlier in July, it was announced the officers involved in his death would not face any federal charges.

The mayor has been strongly criticized for not firing the officers involved.

Cory Booker Says His 'Testosterone Sometimes' Makes Him Want To Punch Trump - Watch Here!

Senator Cory Booker took some personal shots at President Trump while discussing civility in politics during his Monday night (July 22) appearance on Late Night with Seth Meyers.

The 50-year-old New Jersey Senator and presidential candidate recalled a campaign event in Iowa where a supporter told him to “punch Donald Trump in the face” and his reaction was, “Dude, that’s a felony man.”

Donald Trump is a guy who you understand – he hurts you and my testosterone sometimes makes me want to feel like punching him, which would be bad for this elderly, out-of-shape man that he is if I did that,” Cory laughed. “Physically weak specimen, but do you see what I’m talking about here? That’s his tactics and you don’t beat a bully like him, fighting him on his tactics, on his terms, using his turf. He’s the body shamer, he’s the guy that tries to drag people in the gutter.”

Booker finished his explanation by saying America needs a leader to “call us to the best of who we are.”

Cory Booker also talked about his viral photo meme from the democratic debate, explains his beef with Fred Savage and recounts his visit to San Diego Comic-Con – Watch more after the cut!

Cory Booker Shares His Viral Photo Meme From Last Night's Debate in Response to Donald Trump Jr

During last night’s democratic debate, Cory Booker‘s face went viral for his reaction when fellow hopeful Beto O’Rourke was speaking in Spanish while answering one of the questions.

Senator Booker‘s reaction soon became a meme and fans started sharing the viral image during the debate.

Well, Senator Booker used the image today (June 27) to respond to something Donald Trump Jr wrote on Twitter.

“Wow!!! Booker taking credit for first step act when @realDonaldTrump is the guy that made that an issue and got it done is pretty amazing. Nice try though,” the son of the President wrote.

If you don’t know, the First Step Act “reforms the federal prison system of the United States of America, and seeks to reduce recidivism.”

Who Is Cory Booker Dating & Is He Married?

Senator Cory Booker is one of the many Democratic hopefuls in the running to become the next President of the United States in 2020.

However, there’s one topic in particular that many people are wondering about ever since he announced that he’s running back in February: is Cory Booker in a relationship? Is he married?

The answer is that the 50-year-old New Jersey Senator is not married, which would make him the first bachelor president if elected to office.

However, he is in a serious relationship with Luke Cage actress Rosario Dawson.

The two reportedly met at a political fundraiser for Ben Jealous, former president of the NAACP. Rosario confirmed their relationship in March.

“She is an incredible girlfriend. I’m very lucky to be in a relationship with someone who is just so incredibly special, but more importantly has taught me so much in a very short period of time,” Cory said of Rosario.
