The countdown to the return of Stranger Things is on!

The hit Netflix series first debuted over seven years ago in 2016 and became an instant hit with both fans and critics. The show has won countless awards including 12 Emmys, four Golden Globes, and four Grammy awards.

The cast recently reunited to begin production on the fifth and final season of Stranger Things, which isn’t expected to premiere until late 2025 or early 2026.

Outside of the show, the cast has gone on to achieve incredible things in their own careers, and have amassed an impressive amount of money.

A woman is claiming that she was scammed by someone pretending to be Dacre Montgomery!

The Kentucky woman, named McKayla, said she started a relationship online with who she thought to be the 28-year-old Stranger Things actor.

The Youtube series Catfished revealed that McKayla divorced her husband after hitting it off with a user who began “doing things” that made her believe he was Dacre, who plays Billy on the popular Netflix series.

Stranger Things‘ fourth season was split into two parts and the first part fell into the eligibility window for the 2022 Emmy Awards while the second part is in the eligibility window for the 2023 show.

Only one actor from the show is eligible for awards consideration this year though.

Why?

The Emmys have a rule that a series must have six episodes or more in a season to be eligible for the Drama Series category or the main series acting categories. Part one had seven episodes while part two only had two episodes.

The 35-year-old actor sported a sleeveless sweater at the premiere of the Amazon Prime Video series The Lord of the Rings: The Rings of Power on Monday (August 15) at the Culver Studios in Culver City, Calif.

Millie Bobby Brown and boyfriend Jake Bongiovi coordinated in black and white outfits for the premiere on Saturday (May 14) at Netflix Brooklyn in Brooklyn, New York.
