Dallas Buyers Club hair and makeup ladies Adruitha Lee and Robin Mathews just took home the coveted prize at the 2014 Academy Awards held at the Dolby Theatre on Sunday (March 2) in Hollywood.

The ladies famously made all the hair and makeup happen for the film on just a $250 budget.

“The Academy just gasped when they heard that,” Robin told Vanity Fair. “We had to take them back and forth from their sickest look to their healthiest look, up to five times in one day … They maintained that 40-pound weight loss throughout. So when you see them in the film, and they look like they’re 25 pounds heavier and healthier because of the medication, that’s just makeup.”

Congrats to the ladies!

Jennifer Garner hits the red carpet at the premiere of her new film Dallas Buyers Club held during the 2013 Toronto International Film Festival on Saturday night (September 7) at the Princess of Wales Theatre in Toronto, Canada.

The 41-year-old actress was joined by her handsome co-stars Matthew McConaughey and Jared Leto at the event.

Dallas Buyers Club will be hitting theaters in the U.S. on November 1!

The 43-year-old actor stars alongside Jennifer Garner and Jared Leto in the new film, which also just released its first poster.

Matthew stars as Texas electrician Ron Woodroof and his battle with the medical establishment and pharmaceutical companies after being diagnosed as HIV-positive in 1986.

Famously, Matthew lost a substantial amount of weight for the role to show the character’s ongoing struggle with the terrible illness.

The flick is set to be released on December 6 of this year.

The 43-year-old actor recently chatted with Deadline about his flick from earlier this year, Magic Mike, which has been getting him some Oscar buzz.

“Steven [Soderbergh] said to me, ‘It’s not in the script now, but I think it would be a really good idea if Dallas danced in the end of the film.’ I started to get really nervous at the proposition, and I started to break a little bit of a sweat,” Matthew said. “I knew if I didn’t do it, I would regret it.”
