James Marsden and Famke Janssen pose for a photo while attending the after party following the X-Men: Days of Future Past world premiere on Saturday evening (May 10) at SIR Studios in New York City.

The stars appeared in the original X-Men trilogy as Cyclops and Jean Grey, respectively, but they did not return for the new movie.

Also appearing at the premiere were the film’s stars who also were featured in previous X-Men movies: Patrick Stewart (with wife Sunny Ozell), Daniel Cudmore (with wife Stephanie), and Shawn Ashmore (with wife Dana).

FYI: Famke is wearing a J. Mendel dress. James is wearing a Kent & Curwen by Simon Spurr suit and Kurt Geiger shoes.Shawn is wearing a Z Zegna suit, shirt, tie, and shoes.

In the new superhero flick, the X-Men send Wolverine to the past in a desperate effort to change history and prevent an event that results in doom for both humans and mutants.

The star-studded cast includes Patrick Stewart, Ian McKellen, Hugh Jackman, Michael Fassbender, James McAvoy, Jennifer Lawrence, Halle Berry, Nicholas Hoult, Ellen Page, Shawn Ashmore, Peter Dinklage, Omar Sy, Daniel Cudmore, Fan Bingbing, Boo Boo Stewart, Adan Canto, Evan Peters, Josh Helman, Lucas Till, and Evan Jonigkeit.

The 34-year-old actor’s cover is one of the last four covers revealed for the issue, which is having 25 different covers of the film’s stars.
