Love stories on all of our favorite soap operas are usually riddled with drama, and they certainly aren’t all built to last.

However, the sets of these sudsers are apparently a great place for actors to meet their one true love. In fact, over the years, many costars have gotten together in real life.

Like the characters they play, they don’t all stay together. In fact, we rounded up 15 relationships between soap stars that did not go the distance. However, there are just as many power couples who are currently together in 2024.

The list includes one couple that’s been engaged for two years, one who welcomed their first child just a few months ago and another that would celebrate their 50th wedding anniversary later this year!

Melissa Fumero is a mom of two!

The 37-year-old Brooklyn Nine-Nine star announced that she and husband David Fumero welcomed their son Axel on Valentine’s Day.

“Welcome to the world, Axel You have made Valentine’s Day my new favorite holiday!” Melissa wrote on Instagram.

The 47-year-old Power actor also took to Instagram to share a photo with his new son.

“I got the best #valentines #day Present!! Mama is a master at baking these! I’m a lucky dude! Welcome to the world Axel! 2/14/20,” David captioned the below selfie.

Melissa and David are already parents to 3-year-old son Enzo.

The 37-year-old Brooklyn Nine-Nine actress revealed the exciting news of her pregnancy with her second child with 46-year-old Power star on Saturday (November 16) on her Instagram.

“Oh yeah, I’m hella pregnant. To be honest, I haven’t felt like posting about it because this pregnancy has been way harder and… I don’t feel that cute? But yesterday I got a really intense massage, an awesome chiropractic adjustment, and my hair feels thicker… so I feel a little bit cute today. ✌🏽🤓 #herewegoagain #babyboynumerodos,” she captioned the baby bump selfie.

Melissa and David also have a 3-year-old son Enzo.

She’s got plenty of exciting news lately: Brooklyn Nine-Nine was just renewed for Season 8!

Linda Cardellini happily strikes a pose on the red carpet while attending the premiere of her latest film The Curse of La Llorona held at The Egyptian Theatre on Monday evening (April 15) in Los Angeles.

The 43-year-old actress was joined at the event by her co-stars Marisol Ramirez, Patricia Velasquez, Raymond Cruz, Roman Chistaou, Jaynee Lynne Kinchen, as well as Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.‘s Brett Dalton, Scandal‘s Guillermo Diaz, The Good Fight‘s Sean Patrick Thomas, Power‘s David Fumero and Jake T. Austin as they all stepped out to show their support.

That same evening, Linda made an appearance on Jimmy Kimmel Live where she talked about moving to LA, her first acting jobs, and promoted the new horror flick.

Wilmer Valderrama suits up as he hits the carpet at the 2018 ALMAs LIVE On Fuse held at LA Live on Sunday (November 4) in Los Angeles.

The 38-year-old NCIS star hosted the ceremony, which celebrated the contributions of Latino artists and influencers and the significant role they play in America today.

Also in attendance was Maia Mitchell, Emily Tosta, Ally Brooke, Francia Raisa, Melissa Fumero and her husband David, Roselyn Sanchez and her hubby Eric Winter, Andrea Navedo, Adrienne Houghton, Miguel and his love Nazanin Mandi, Jaime Camil, Wilson Cruz, Rudy Mancuso and Arturo Del Puerto.

Honorees for this year’s show included Eva Longoria; the cast of Jane The Virgin; Miguel, reggaeton singer J Alvarez, Parkland survivor and activist Samantha Fuentes and Zero Hour founder Jamie Margolin.

50 Cent is dapper in a suit while hitting the carpet at the season three premiere of his hit Starz series Power held at the SVA Theater on Wednesday (June 23) in New York City.

The 40-year-old entertainer was joined at the event by his co-stars La La Anthony and her husband Carmelo Anthony, Omari Hardwick, Joseph Sikora, Lela Loren, Andy Bean, Shane Johnson, Adam Huss, David Fumero, Lucy Walters and Jason Binn.
