Britney Spears is all smiles while exiting a studio on Friday (May 17) in Los Angeles.

The day before, the 31-year-old entertainer was spotted carrying her pet pooch while shopping at Sports Authority with her boyfriend David Lucado in Thousand Oaks.

Earlier in the week, Britney was seen heading to a rehearsals studio.

“I had moments where I was so comfortable with her because she is so down to earth,” Demi Lovato recently shared. “I had moments where I’m like, ‘That’s my girl,’ and I’m like, ‘Oh shoot, that’s Britney Spears!’”

Britney Spears shows off her rockin’ bikini body on the cover of Shape magazine’s June 2013 issue, on newsstands May 20.

Here’s what the 31-year-old entertainer had to share with the mag:

On her upcoming shows in Las Vegas: “The [Vegas] performances won’t be simple—they’ll be a massive party from start to finish. And to pull this off, I have to be in top condition and running at full speed.”

On staying in shape: “I’m doing 90 minutes of yoga twice a week in addition to a lot of cardio—hour-long sessions three times a week with my trainer, Tony Martinez.”

On keeping up with her diet: “Dieting is tough… because my specialties are spaghetti, brownies, and chocolate chip cookies. I try not to make those too often or I’ll eat the whole bowl of dough.”
