Michael Fassbender Says He Catches Flies with Chopsticks

Michael Fassbender is all smiles while making an appearance on The Late Late Show with James Corden on Thursday (May 19) in Los Angeles.

The 40-year-old Alien: Covenant actor was a guest alongside Diane Lane and Benicio Del Toro, who confirmed he learned how to be “cool” from a book he once read.

Benicio talked about how the book taught readers how to catch a fly with their hand in a cool way, so James asked Michael how he’d catch a fly. “With chopsticks,” he replied with a laugh.

Right after the appearance, Michael caught a flight out of LAX Airport.

Diane Lane Clarifies 'Justice League' & 'Avengers' Comments

Diane Lane recently was asked if she thought the upcoming Justice League movie would be better than The Avengers and people assumed she answered “no,” it wouldn’t be.

The actress is now clarifying the comments made on Watch What Happens Live. A caller asked if she could give spoilers on the movie and if the film would be better than The Avengers.

“No and no,” Diane replied while laughing. “Short, but honest. I hate to disappoint.”

Diane‘s rep has released a statement to JustJared.com to reveal what she really meant to say.

Diane meant ‘sorry to disappoint’ in reference to revealing anything concerning Justice League that is not already out in the public, and, was declining to comment on a film (Avengers) that she has not seen,” the rep said. “She is thrilled to continue her role as Martha Kent, and appreciates your excitement for Justice League. Thank you for giving us the opportunity to clarify this.”

Dianna Agron, Alice Eve, and Mariska Hargitay step out on the red carpet at Chanel‘s celebration of female directors at the 2017 Tribeca Film Festival’s Women Filmmakers Luncheon on Friday (April 21) in New York City.
