Comedian and activist Dick Gregory passed away this weekend at the age of 84, and celebrities are mourning his loss on Twitter.
If you don’t know, the stand-up comic rose to fame in the 1960s for attacking racism through satirical comedy and was strong activist for civil rights.
Celebrities including John Legend, Samuel L. Jackson, Ava DuVernay, Niecy Nash, and more have been tweeting their thoughts after the loss.
