The women of Fifth Harmony are going to be taking a break.

The news was confirmed in a note from the four members – Lauren Jauregui, Normani Kordei, Dinah Jane and Ally Brooke.

“After six years going hard, non stop, we also realized that in order to stay authentic to ourselves and you, we do need to take some time for now to go on a hiatus from Fifth Harmony in order to pursue solo endeavors,” the statement read. “We are all very excited and grateful to be able to take this time to learn and grow creatively and really find out footing as individuals. In doing this, we are allowing ourselves to gain new experiences, strengths, and perspectives that we can bring back to our Fifth Harmony family.”

The note also confirmed that they will still be doing their schedule show dates throughout the year.

Fifth Harmony strut their stuff in the just released music video for their Pitbull collaboration “Por Favor,” and you can watch it right here!

The clip sees the ladies – Normani Kordei, Ally Brooke, Lauren Jauregui and Dinah Jane – performing together in various set ups while the 36-year-old rapper indulges in a love affair.

A part two continuation for the visual is set to be released for the “Spanglish” version soon.

Last week, Fifth Harmony and Pitbull performed the track live together for the first time on the Dancing With the Stars finale.

The ladies of Fifth Harmony strike a sexy pose as they arrive at the 2017 Latin American Music Awards on Thursday night (October 26) at the Dolby Theatre in Hollywood.

The ladies – Ally Brooke, Normani Kordei, Dinah Jane, and Lauren Jauregui – all looked sexy in red and black glittery gowns for the awards show.

During the show, Fifth Harmony is set to take the stage to perform “Por Favor” with Pitbull.

Fifth Harmony‘s Dinah Jane is not playing around!

The 20-year-old girl group superstar is bursting out onto the solo scene on Friday (October 27) with one major RedOne collaboration called “Boom Boom,” featuring French Montana and Daddy Yankee.

BTS has a massive A.R.M.Y. of fans – and they can count Fifth Harmony in that group, too!

The K-pop group received a lot of love and praise from the girl group during their Most Requested Live Q&A posted on Sunday (October 22), in which they were asked by one fan how they feel about BTS.

“They are so amazing, they’re super cute and they’re very talented,” Ally gushed. “They’re like taking over the world!”

“Power to the K-pop fans,” Lauren noted.

“K-Pop deserves that recognition,” Dinah said.

“We’d love to like meet you and collab!” Ally quickly added. That sounds like a pretty good idea to us – make it happen!

The ladies of Fifth Harmony look super sexy as they arrive at annual Tidal x Brooklyn concert event on Tuesday night (October 17) at the Barclays Center in Brooklyn, New York.

The ladies – Dinah Jane, Ally Brooke, Normani Kordei, and Lauren Jauregui – were joined at the event by Willow Smith as both musical acts performed for the crowds of fans.

Collected funds for the concert will go towards relief and recovery for those affected by the unprecedented natural disasters, including: Hurricane Harvey, Hurricane Irma, Hurricane Maria and the earthquakes that took place in Mexico.

Fifth Harmony faces a lot of criticism online, but thankfully they’ve figured out how to deal with the haters.

The group – Normani Kordei, Lauren Jauregui, Ally Brooke and Dinah Jane – opened up about dealing with negativity while appearing on the Build Series on Tuesday afternoon (August 29) in New York City.

5H explained how they didn’t want their fans to ever be the ones spreading the negativity.

“We love for our fans to rep us the right way because we’re all about love and positivity and making sure people feel included and equality,” Lauren explained.

She added, “So we would love for you guys to be an extension of us…and to do that and to be positive and to spread light when you speak…It’s about understanding your online presence and knowing what you say online does matter and does affect people.”
