Michelle Branch and Patrick Carney are officially over.

The 39-year-old singer has filed for divorce from Patrick, according to a report from Billboard.

According to the documents, Michelle cites irreconcilable differences for the divorce compliant, and has also requested an agreed permanent parenting plan for the couple, with herself as the primary residential custodian and the drummer rewarded “reasonable parenting time privileges” and required to pay child support.

The documents do not say anything about the adultery, which Michelle had previously claimed Patrick had committed in their separation announcement.

Michelle and Patrick have been married for three years, tying the knot in April 2019 in New Orleans. They share two young children, a 4-year-old son and 6-month-old daughter.

The 39-year-old “Everywhere” singer has released a statement about her split from the 42-year-old Black Keys drummer, one day after accusing him of cheating on her.

Michelle tweeted, and later deleted, a note that said Patrick cheated on her while she was at home with their six-month-old daughter Willie.

Hilary Rhoda has filed for divorce from former NHL player Sean Avery.

The 35-year-old model filed the court docs in Los Angeles this week, citing “irreconcilable differencs,” according to TMZ.

Hilary and Sean, 42, got married back in 2015 and are the parents to a two-year-old son named Nash. She is requesting physical custody of their son and to share legal custody with Sean.
