Jaime King has a new movie out now!

The former Hart of Dixie actress was joined by co-star Mekhi Phifer and Frank Grillo at a special screening of their film Lights Out on Tuesday (February 20) at The London in West Hollywood, Calif.

Also in attendance were co-star Amaury Nolasco, director Christian Sesma, and producer Brandon Burrows, as well as Dolph Lundgren and wife Emma Krokdal.

In Lights Out, a homeless veteran, Michael “Duffy” Duffield (Grillo), meets a talkative Ex-Con, Max Bomer (Phifer) who notices Duffy’s skills after he gets into a bar fight and offers him a well-paying “job” competing in underground fight clubs. The pair form an unlikely partnership after their first fight and decide to travel to LA so Duffy can atone for his past and Max can pay back a crime boss, Sage Parker (Dermot Mulroney). Duffy enters Sage’s fight club and eventually wins, but it also gets him tied up in the crime world and offered jobs he can’t refuse, including one with Sage’s partner and Police officer, Ellen Ridgway (King). The deeper Duffy goes in this world, the more deadly it gets.

This trailer is action packed and promising a huge return for the King of Atlantis. For those who are counting: fans have only noticed Amber Heard in one frame of the trailer, at around 2:23.

Here’s the film’s synopsis: “Having failed to defeat Aquaman the first time, Black Manta, still driven by the need to avenge his father’s death, will stop at nothing to take Aquaman down once and for all. This time Black Manta is more formidable than ever before, wielding the power of the mythic Black Trident, which unleashes an ancient and malevolent force. A trailer tease has been released for Aquaman and the Lost Kingdom ahead of the full trailer arriving on Thursday and Warner Bros. also confirmed that Amber Heard is in the cast.

There had been questions surrounding Amber‘s role in the film amid her court cases with ex-husband Johnny Depp, but the studio has finally revealed she’s definitely included in the movie.

Here’s the film’s synopsis: “Having failed to defeat Aquaman the first time, Black Manta, still driven by the need to avenge his father’s death, will stop at nothing to take Aquaman down once and for all. This time Black Manta is more formidable than ever before, wielding the power of the mythic Black Trident, which unleashes an ancient and malevolent force. All returning to the roles they originated, Jason Momoa plays Arthur Curry/Aquaman, now balancing his duties as both the King of Atlantis and a new father; Patrick Wilson is Orm, Aquaman’s half-brother and his nemesis, who must now step into a new role as his brother’s reluctant ally; Amber Heard is Mera, Atlantis’ Queen and mother of the heir to the throne; Yahya Abdul-Mateen II is Black Manta, committed more than ever to avenge his father’s death by destroying Aquaman, his family and Atlantis; and Nicole Kidman as Atlanna, a fierce leader and mother with the heart of a warrior. Also reprising their roles are Dolph Lundgren as King Nereus and Randall Park as Dr. Stephen Shin.

Dolph Lundgren and Emma Krokdal are married!

The 65-year-old Rocky IV star and his 27-year-old personal trainer fiancée got married on July 13 in Mykonos, People confirmed.

“We chose to celebrate our love by getting married at our villa in Mykonos with family and a few close friends. With both Covid and a long road of challenging medical treatments, we’ve had to push our marriage plans many times,” the couple said in a statement to the outlet.

“We felt it was finally the right time to celebrate love, life and happiness— in the land of the Gods.”

Sylvester Stallone‘s family is getting a reality TV show!

The Stallones will appear in Paramount+’s The Family Stallone, which follows follow the actor, his wife and their three daughters.

The show will debut on May 17 in the U.S., Canada, Latin America and Brazil, and the following day (May 18) in the U.K., Australia and Italy, with further international markets to come, via Variety.

Here’s a plot summary; “The unscripted series will give viewers a chance to get to know Stallone’s wife, Jennifer Flavin Stallone, who is a businesswoman and the co-owner of the Serious Skin Care wellness brand. Additionally, viewers will meet the pair’s three daughters, who are all on different paths; the oldest, Sophia, is still finding her focus and co-hosts the Unwaxed podcast with Sistine; Sistine, whose an actress and model, is developing her first feature film; and Scarlet is working on her acting career while at college. She appeared in Season 1 of Tulsa King.”
