'Dumbo' is Welcomed into the Circus in New Trailer - Watch Now!

The latest trailer for Tim Burton‘s latest movie Dumbo has been released!

The upcoming flick will follow a follow a former circus star, played by Colin Farrell, who returns to the big tent after arriving back home from war.

He finds work with a struggling circus and is put in charge of a newborn elephant whose oversized ears make him the laughing stock of the show.

The film also stars Alan Arki, Eva Green, Michael Keaton, Danny DeVito and Thandie Newton‘s 13-year-old daughter Nico.

Dumbo is set to hit theaters March 29, 2019.

Disney just revealed the first trailer for Tim Burton‘s Dumbo live action film!

Tim Burton Begins Production on 'Dumbo,' Debuts Set Photo

Production has begun on Tim Burton‘s upcoming live-action reimagining of the Disney classic Dumbo and the studio just shared a photo of the director on set!

Colin Farrell, Michael Keaton, Danny DeVito, and Eva Green have been confirmed to star in the film alongside newcomers Nico Parker and Finley Hobbins in their first film roles.

Disney’s new live-action feature film Dumbo introduces Holt Farrier (Farrell), a former circus star who finds his life turned upside down when he returns from the war. Circus owner Max Medici (DeVito) enlists Holt to care for a newborn elephant whose oversized ears make him a laughingstock in an already struggling circus. But when Holt’s children (Parker and Hobbins) discover that Dumbo can fly, persuasive entrepreneur V.A. Vandevere (Keaton) and an aerial artist named Colette Marchant (Green) swoop in to make the peculiar pachyderm a star.

Dumbo has a release date set for March 29, 2019.

Michael Keaton In Talks to Play Villain in 'Dumbo' Remake

Michael Keaton is reportedly in talks to play the role of the villain in the upcoming Dumbo live-action remake.

The 65-year-old actor would play a man who acquires the circus in order to exploit the lovable elephant Dumbo and his mother, according to Variety.

Danny DeVito will be playing the original owner of the circus and others in talks to join the film are Colin Farrell and Eva Green.

Tim Burton is set to direct the upcoming film for Disney. This will be the first project that Burton and Keaton work on together since 1992′s Batman Returns.

Colin Farrell In Talks to Star in 'Dumbo' Live-Action Remake

Colin Farrell is reportedly in talks to join the cast of the upcoming live-action remake of Disney’s classic animated movie Dumbo!

The new version of the film will put more focus on the people involved in the circus and Eva Green is in talks to play Colette, a “French trapeze artist who works for evil top circus villain Vandemere,” a role that is still in the casting phase, according to Deadline.

Danny DeVito is in talks to play “Medici, the man who runs a smaller circus that gets acquired by Vandemere.”

Colin‘s character is Holt, a widowed father of two kids from Kentucky.

Eva Green In Talks to Star in 'Dumbo' for Director Tim Burton

Eva Green is reportedly in talks to join the cast of the live-action Dumbo movie, which will be directed by Tim Burton.

The actress will play one of the four human leads in the film. Her role is described as a “trapeze artist who works for the head of the circus,” according to THR.

This will be the third project that Eva and Tim have worked on together, following last year’s Miss Peregrine’s Home for Peculiar Children and 2012′s Dark Shadows.

The new movie will feature live-action and CGI mixed together.

Tim Burton is set to direct a live-action version of the 1940s movie Dumbo!

THR reports that Transformers franchise writer Ehren Kruger will take on the script, which will focus on a “mix of CG and live-action.”

Disney’s latest live action film, Cinderella, is hitting theaters this week!

Tim has a ton of directing credits to his name, including Alice in Wonderland, The Nightmare Before Christmas, Charlie and the Chocolate Factory, and many more.
