Dwayne 'The Rock' Johnson Makes a Return to the WWE!

Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson hits the ring for a special appearance during WWE Smackdown on Fox on Friday night (October 4) at the Staples Center in Los Angeles.

The 47-year-old former wrestler turned actor came out to support Becky “The Man” Lynch in her match against Baron Corbin.

Corbin told the two of them to “know your roles and shut your mouths” and The Rock issued a warning to the wrestler.

“That’s what happens when you come out and you insult the people,” he said. “And that’s what happens when you come out and you insult the jabroni-beating, pie-eating, trailblazing, eyebrow-raising from Los Angeles all the way to Japan. You’re getting ready to get your monkey ass whooped by The Rock and The Man!”

The Rock Pens Touching Note for Paul Walker on His Birthday

Today would have been Paul Walker‘s 46th birthday, and his Fast and the Furious co-star Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson posted a tribute for him.

“I never post about my friend. Personal thing, but I prefer to keep our memories and bond private and quiet. But something about today compelled me as a moving reminder of how fragile life is for all of us. It’s Paul’s birthday and rightfully so, his legacy celebrated around the world,” The Rock captioned a photo of them on Instagram. “Our friendship was bonded over our daughters, Meadow & Simone and the pride and protection we took being their fathers. And recently, I got a scare when I almost lost another friend [Kevin Hart] on the road. All this stuff got me thinking about how beautiful, yet wildly unpredictable life is. We never know what’s around the corner, so we gotta live as greatly as we can in the honor of our loved ones and ancestors who are no longer with us. Manuia le aso fanau, my friend. #livegreatly #pw.”

Paul passed away in a tragic car accident in November of 2013 when he was 40 years old. His daughter Meadow just posted a sweet tribute to her late father.

The Rock Reveals How Kevin Hart Is Doing After Serious Injury

Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson is providing an update on how his good friend Kevin Hart is doing after he was involved in a serious car accident that resulted in a back injury that needed surgery.

“Everything is good, I spoke with Kevin, I actually refer to him as my son. I connected with him today. And you know what? These things happen in life and thankfully he was strapped in nicely to his car seat,” Dwayne joked while making an appearance on Kelly Clarkson‘s talk show debut episode. “That’s real love.”

Kidding aside, The Rock added that Kevin is “doing very well.”

“I love the guy, he’s one of my best friends,” he added. “And honestly, I mean, thank God, it could’ve been a lot worse. So, he’s a lucky man, and he knows it too. I wish him the best and a speedy recovery and I’m gonna see him soon.”

Kevin Hart was actually supposed to be Kelly Clarkson‘s very first guest on her show, but The Rock stepped in last minute after Kevin‘s accident.

Injured Kevin Hart Was Supposed to Be Kelly Clarkson Show's First Guest, So The Rock Stepped In Last Minute

Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson stepped in for his friend Kevin Hart, who was injured in a car accident over the weekend and needed surgery, by being The Kelly Clarkson Show‘s first guest.

In a new video, Kelly actually revealed during the taping that Kevin was supposed to be her first guest, but obviously could not be there.

“Because Kevin couldn’t be here, one of his good friends stepped the heck up and I love him…because I got real nervous for my first show,” Kelly said in a video from the show that was just released.

She then revealed it was The Rock, and he had actually left his honeymoon to do this guest appearance! He got married a few weeks ago!

“His wife probably hates me,” she added.

The first episode of The Kelly Clarkson Show airs on September 9.
