The 44-year-old actor was taking a photo with his baby girl sitting on his neck when she decided to take a poo in the position.

“Its Labor Day. One of my favorite holidays as we celebrate the blue collar American worker and their contributions to our country thru labor and sweat,” Dwayne started off the caption to the below Instagram pic. “In the spirit of Labor Day, I had an amazing philosophical conversation w/ my baby girl about the value of hard work and how respect is given when it’s earned. I told her, ‘Baby girl when you grow up, you get out there and dent the universe thru hard work and sweat. And always make sure you do it in a positive way with class, dignity and respect.’”

“She responded by poo’ing on me in this moment as she plays her favorite game, ‘Drum time on daddy’s big head.’ It was a good talk.💯 #HappyLaborDay #TheJohnsons #GoodTalksWithDaddy,” Dwayne added.

Dwayne Johnson Doesn't Thank Vin Diesel After 'Fast 8' Wraps Filming

It looks like things between Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson and Vin Diesel aren’t getting better anytime soon.

Dwayne wrapped filming the upcoming Fast 8 late Thursday night (August 18) before jetting off to begin filming the Jumanji remake.

Before flying off, Dwayne took to Instagram to thank his costars for all of their help and support during filming. However, there was one costar noticeably missing from Dwayne‘s thank you list – Vin.

After a reported on-set fight between Dwayne and Vin, the two actors have been keeping their distance from each other, and reportedly they can barely stand each other enough to film scenes together.

Dwayne Johnson Addresses 'Conflict' On Set of 'Furious 8'

Dwayne Johnson has broken his silence regarding the drama on set of Furious 8.

The 44-year-old actor took to Instagram as he reflected on his time filming the movie, and referenced the “conflict” that arose on set.

Although he did not mention names, it has been reported that Vin Diesel was the co-star with whom he had issues.

“My FINAL WEEK of shooting #FastAndFurious. There’s no greatness ever achieved alone.. it’s always a team effort. We promised an epic prison break out for you guys and we delivered,” Dwayne wrote. “HUGE THANK YOU to my ohana (family) stunt coordinator JJ Perry and his bad ass fearless stunt team – as well as my cousin and incredible stunt double @samoanstuntman. Thank you team for the willingness to “die hard” and drop your blood & sweat daily for our movie. #MyStuntBrothers #Loco4Life”

He continued, “You guys reading this know how much I believe in the idea of TEAM EFFORT. That means respecting every person, their time and their value when they step on to my set or partner with our production company. And like with any team – that’s a family – there’s gonna be conflict. Family is gonna have differences of opinion and fundamental core beliefs.”

“To me, conflict can be a good thing, when its followed by great resolution,” Dwayne added. “I was raised on healthy conflict and welcome it. And like any family, we get better from it. At the end of the day me and #F8 co-stars all agree on the most important thing: Delivering an incredible movie to the world. #Fast8 #IcemanCometh #FamilyGrowth”
