Dylan O'Brien Spotted on Set For First Time Since 'Maze Runner' Accident

Dylan O’Brien has been laying low since his Maze Runner accident last year so we’re glad to see him back on set!

The 25-year-old actor was spotted filming scenes for his upcoming movie American Assassins on Wednesday afternoon (November 23) in Rome, Italy.

Dylan, who had some fake cuts on his face, was joined by his co-star Shiva Negar as they filmed inside of a car.

The film follows the rise of a CIA black ops recruit under the instruction of Cold War veteran Stan Hurley. The pair get enlisted by CIA Deputy Director Irene Kennedy to investigate a wave of apparently random attacks. Together they discover a pattern in the violence leading them to a joint mission with a lethal Turkish agent to stop a mysterious operative intent on starting a World War in the Middle East.

After the accident last year, production halted and the studio changed the release date from February 17, 2017 to January 12, 2018.

Not much information is known about Dylan‘s accident, but sources say he fell off of a set piece made to look like a train and fractured bones in his face. Dylan resurfaced a few weeks ago and looks great!
