The trailer for Superman & Lois is here!

The first look at the highly anticipated The CW series arrived on Tuesday (December 29).

Here’s a plot summary: in Superman & Lois, after years of facing megalomaniacal supervillains, monsters wreaking havoc on Metropolis, and alien invaders intent on wiping out the human race, the world’s most famous superhero, The Man of Steel AKA Clark Kent (Tyler Hoechlin) and comic books’ most famous journalist, Lois Lane (Bitsie Tulloch), come face to face with one of their greatest challenges ever – dealing with all the stress, pressures and complexities that come with being working parents in today’s society. Complicating the already daunting job of raising two boys, Clark and Lois must also concern themselves with whether or not their sons Jonathan (Jordan Elsass) and Jordan (Alexander Garfin) could inherit their father’s Kryptonian superpowers as they grow older.

The Superman & Lois series premiere is Tuesday, February 23 at 9pm ET/PT on The CW. Check out the trailer!

The CW is revealing their programming schedule.

The network announced its Fall 2020 to January 2021 schedule on Wednesday (May 13).

The forthcoming scheduled includes the finale of Supernatural, which will air this fall. The show was expected to wrap this spring after 15 seasons, but the final episodes could not finish filming due to the pandemic.

The CW will air acquired shows and unscripted shows this fall, including Swamp Thing, Tell Me a Story, Coroner and Dead Pixels.

The network also revealed their planned schedule for January 2021, including the debut of Walker with Jared Padalecki and Superman & Lois. Shows like Dynasty, Roswell, New Mexico and In the Dark are also set to return.

“This year, The CW has made the proactive strategic decision to launch its new season in January 2021, rolling out a line-up of our signature returning series which will be joined next year by our four new series, including the return of the DC’s most iconic superhero in Superman & Lois, the return of the Texas Rangers in Walker, the reimagined Kung Fu and the rebellious drama The Republic of Sarah,” said CW exec Mark Pedowitz, via Variety.

Kaley Cuoco is a super ditzy writer in this funny new clip from her movie Authors Anonymous, provided exclusively to JustJared.com.

The movie follows a group of dysfunctional writers that take a very new writer (Cuoco) under their wings. Little did they know she’d soon turn into an overnight success, which is a tough pill to swallow for most of the envious, and under-achieving, group.

Also featured in the clip are Teri Polo and Dylan Walsh, who play a married couple that definitely knows a thing or two about being an author.

Authors Anonymous, which also stars Chris Klein, Dennis Farina (in one of his final roles), Jonathan Bennett, Tricia Helfer, and Jonathan Banks, hits theaters on April 18 and is currently available On Demand and VOD.

Penn Badgley joins co-star Amber Heard on the red carpet at premiere of their new movie, The Stepfather at the SVA Theater on Monday (October 12) in New York City.
