Eva Longoria and boyfriend Eduardo Cruz leave Magnolia Bakery in West Hollywood on Saturday (January 14).

The 36-year-old Desperate Housewives actress recently covered the January 2012 issue of Health magazine.

Eva recently told EW about her thoughts on the past 8 years filming Desperate Housewives, saying, “When we started eight years ago, TV changed so much. We got 25 million viewers, the critics loved it. But then we got some knocks. But kudos to Marc for pushing the envelope!” Make sure you catch Desperate Housewives before it goes off the air – it’s their final season!

The 36-year-old Desperate Housewives star has sold the legal drama Vega v. Vega to The CW.

The hour-long show “centers on a brilliant, young, successful lawyer who suddenly finds herself forced to go into a practice with her mother, a pioneering female attorney with whom she has a love/hate relationship,” THR reports.

Eva will be stepping behind the camera on the project as one of the show’s executive producers.

Eva added, “Had the most amazing dinner at Sage in Vegas at Aria with my family! First year I didn’t cook, but wow this meal was worth it! My dessert!”

It was recently announced that Eva will serve as the keynote speaker at the Lozano Long Conference, which will explore the changing character of the Latino population in the United States. The conference will take place in February!

“I am so excited to speak at this event,” Eva tweeted. “Hope my fellow Texans can make it”!
