Edward James Hyland, the dad of actress Sarah Hyland, will be featured in the cast of Harry Potter and the Cursed Child, which is hitting Broadway next year.
The actor will be among the ensemble cast. Seven members of the London cast will be heading to New York City to be among the original Broadway cast including those playing Harry Potter, Hermione Granger, Ron Weasley, Draco Malfoy, and more.
Sarah took to Twitter to excitedly share the news.
“MY DAD’S GONNA BE IN F–KING HARRY POTTER 😍😍😍😍😍😍,” she tweeted.
Edward‘s screen credits include 2015′s Bridge of Spies and two episodes of Mr. Robot. He has also been seen on stage in several Broadway plays.
