“Just got home from watching Carol Burnett and Friends watch event tonight! I laughed till I cried then laughed again! I love u CB,” Kristintweeted. “Biggest lesson I keep learning from watching Carol Burnett and Friends? Have no FEAR or EGO.”
The night before the screening, Carol appeared at the Paley Center for Media alongside Ellie Kemper for an evening of conversation.
“With Bill Cosby you could sleep through it,” Tina joked while Mindy paused to think it over (via Time).
That same day, Tina was spotted on set with Ellie Kemper filming the upcoming second season of their hit Netflix show Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt in Greenpoint, Brooklyn.

Ellie Kemper and Tina Fey speak to the press while attending the Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt panel during Netflix’s portion of the 2015 Summer TCA Tour on Tuesday (July 28) at the Beverly Hilton Hotel in Beverly Hills, Calif.
Ellie opened up to reporters about what it was like having Jon Hamm (who guest starred on the Netflix series) as her high school drama teacher.
“He was not ugly,” Ellie said (via People). “He was a wonderful teacher. I was in ninth grade and he taught me the improv section of my theater class, and everyone loved him.”
“When they told us that he would be playing the reverend, it was fantastic. But I was a little scared,” she added. “I think there’s still a teacher-student dynamic, and acting with him was a little bit nerve-racking just because I felt like he was still grading me on some level. But he’s a wonderful man and it was a lot of fun.”
“If the goal is doing good stuff and working with your friends…if you’re doing that then you’re succeeding,” Amy told the crowd (via People). “If the goal is to be famous and make money – then you’re in real trouble.”
Amy added, “It happens rarely and when that is your goal – being famous and making money – then you’re not paying attention to the things that will make you money.”

Tina Fey flashes a smile alongside Ellie Kemper and Jane Krakowski while attending a special screening for their hit show Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt held at Pacific Design Center on Sunday (June 7) in West Hollywood.
The three ladies were joined by co-stars Carol Kane, Lauren Adams and Sol Miranda, as well as executive producer Robert Carlock as they all sat down to take part in a Q&A session.
In the mag, the six ladies open up about sexism in the industry, sex scenes, penis bags and why women need to stop apologizing.
Amy on sexism: “I think people hate women. I don’t think they want to hear a woman talk for too long. A lot of people project their mom yelling at them. My [career] has been about tricking people into listening. I’m not saying all men hate women, but there’s such an aggression.”
Lena on the comedy community: “I also hate how the comedy community is so defensive. People are unwilling to learn. There was a big issue a few years ago with Daniel Tosh and rape jokes. But there couldn’t be a civil conversation about it within the comedy community. I’m a sexual-assault survivor, so I would love to sit down and have a totally nonjudgmental conversation with a male comedian who makes rape jokes. But there isn’t room for that.”
Gina on racism: “I don’t believe it’s an issue of hard-core rac- ism [in Hollywood]. It’s lack of being surrounded by a culture. It’s also about what Hollywood finds financially beneficial. So when we show them shows like Jane the Virgin and Fresh Off the Boat. Show them it’s all a good investment. And it’s not about race. When you vilify it, people shut down.”
