Emma Watson and Nina Dobrev hit the white carpet at the 2012 Elle Women in Hollywood celebration held at the Four Seasons Hotel on Monday (October 15) in Beverly Hills, Calif.

The Perks of Being a Wallflower co-stars were joined by Elle Fanning, who was honored at the event, and Mad Men actress Kiernan Shipka.

Emma was the recipient of the Calvin Klein Collection Emerging Star Spotlight Award that evening.

Emma Watson and Elle Fanning are fierce as can be in this brand new feature from Elle magazine’s November 2012 Women In Hollywood issue!

Here’s what the two young actresses, who are being honored at the Elle Women in Hollywood event set to take place on October 15, had to share with the mag:

Emma, on Harry Potter fame: “I just knew, from the moment I read Harry Potter and the Sorcerer’s Stone that I was meant to play that role…I put one of the Potter films on the other night. And it was amazing to me that I had done all of that. I have to remind myself every now and then.”

Elle, on growing up famous: “I can’t really remember my life without movies… [Growing up in Hollywood] is no different really. I make movies the same way other kids play tennis or go to piano lessons. I’m trying to get better at what I want to do, just like other kids are trying to get better at what they want to do.”

Also pictured inside: Octavia Spencer, who talked about standing up to a well known producer: “Early on I had to stand up to a producer – I won’t say who, but he is famous, famous. He dressed me down in a crowded office. I told him right there in front of a hundred people, ‘You don’t know me well enough to use that tone’…And then I ran to the bathroom and cried like a baby. But he never addressed me that way again. And he is known as a yeller.”

The 22-year-old actress has been on a press tour for the flick, promoting in the U.S. and now London.

“Yay for Perks! Lovely to be home London” Emma tweeted.

Earlier in the day, Emma visited the BBC1 studios to give an interview about the flick.

Emma Watson waves to photographers as she arrives at the BBC Radio 1 studios on Wednesday (September 26) in London, England.

The 22-year-old actress sat down with Nick Grimshaw during his breakfast radio show and revealed there are scenes in The Perks Of Being A Wallflower that she can’t watch.

“It’s really funny because when I watch the film back, there are a few things I can’t watch,” Emma expressed. “I can’t watch the Rocky Horror dancing scene, and I can’t watch the kissing scenes.”

“This film really pushed me out of my comfort zone,” Emma continued. “I told the director that I have just come from playing Hermione Granger and you are expecting me to dance and putting me in corsets, and it’s difficult.”

Emma Watson and Logan Lerman link arms in this outtake from their Nylon cover photo shoot, provided exclusively to JustJared.com.

The 22-year-old actress and the 20-year-old actor are featured on the cover of the mag’s October 2012 issue alongside their Perks of Being a Wallflower co-star Ezra Miller.

“I never wanted any of the things that a lot of the people who go into this industry want […] I never wanted to be famous. My parents never wanted this for me. I never even wanted this until a year ago,” Emma said in a quote provided exclusively to JustJared.com. “I was so overwhelmed by the way that people responded to the idea that this might not be what I want to do [something Watson said publicly while promoting the seventh Harry Potter film], but I hope people will respect my choice more now that I really took time to consider it, and what it really means. Now that I’ve made my decision, I’m serious about mastering my craft and really doing things that I genuinely believe are important.”

“She didn’t want to wear earrings – so at one point she took an actual safety pin, cut off the sharp end, and put it through her ear,” Michelle Reneau, Nylon‘s market editor, said about Emma at the cover photo shoot.

The 22-year-old actress and her beau stopped by Williams-Sonoma and ended up exiting the store with several bags of goodies.
