Taylor Swift Congratulates the US Women's Gymnastics Team
Taylor Swift is sending the a sweet congratulatory message to the US Women’s Gymnastics team after they won gold in the team competition at the 2016 Rio Summer Olympics!
The 26-year-old superstar took to her Twitter to write a cute message to the “Final Five” – Aly Raisman, Gabby Douglas, Laurie Hernandez, Madison Kocian and Simone Biles.

'Final Five' 2016: USA Women's Gymnastics Team Picks a Name!
Simone Biles, Gabby Douglas, Laurie Hernandez, Madison Kocian, and Aly Raisman show off their gold medals during the medal ceremony at the 2016 Rio Summer Olympics on Tuesday (August 9) in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.
The USA Women’s Gymnastics Team announced at the ceremony for the Artistic Gymnastics Women’s Team competition that they are calling themselves the “Final Five.”
The winning team in 2012 called themselves the Fierce Five!
After the United States’ winning score was announced at the end of the competition, the ladies huddled together and chanted, “We are the Final Five!”

USA Women's Gymnastics Team Wins Gold Medal at Rio Olympics 2016!
Laurie Hernandez, Madison Kocian, Simone Biles, Aly Raisman, and Gabby Douglas celebrate after winning the gold medal during the Artistic Gymnastics Women’s Team Final at the 2016 Rio Summer Olympics on Tuesday (August 9) in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.
The ladies kept the medal in the U.S. after the Fierce Five won it four years ago at the London games.
The USA team received 184.897 points overall, a huge lead over silver medalists Russia (176.688) and bronze medalists China (176.003).
Congrats to the ladies on the big win. We can’t wait to watch the rest of their events!

She leads Aly Raisman in second, Laurie Hernandez in 4th and Gabby Douglas in 8th.

Simone Biles, Laurie Hernandez & Women's Gymnastics Team Complete Podium Training For Olympics
Simone Biles leads the way into the arena for podium training ahead of the 2016 Rio Summer Olympics at Olympic Arena on Thursday (August 4) in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.
The 19-year-old athlete joined team captain Aly Raisman, Laurie Hernandez, Madison Kocian, and Gabby Douglas at the arena, trying out each area that they’ll be competing in starting on Sunday, August 7th.
“It’s good to have someone like that to keep us accountable and really just motivate us,” Gabby said of Aly as team captain for her second Olympic games. “You need someone like that, or else the team starts kind of falling apart and you’re not together as one. So you kind of need that one person to rally everyone.”

The 20-year-old gymnast took home the gold medal during her Road to Rio. Watch her stunning floor routine below!
“It means the world to me that my fans always come and support me and lift me,” Gabby said (via TeamUSA.org). “To have this positive energy and positive vibe, it just means a lot.”
Gabby won the gold medal in the women’s individual all around finals at the London Olympics in 2012.
