Neil Patrick Harris holds up some creepy portraits of his five-year-old twins Gideon and Harper while celebrating Christmas on Friday (December 25) in New York City.

“Two of my top three gifts today. My children + Haunted Mansion = squee!” the 42-year-old actor captioned the video on Instagram. The portraits feature the kids transforming from humans to skeletons when the angle is changed!

Neil also shared videos of the kids opening up some of their favorite gifts, as well as a photo of his husband David Burtka holding one of his gifts in front of the Christmas tree.

Neil Patrick Harris and his family rule the holidays and Thanksgiving is no exception!

The 42-year-old actor, his husband David Burtka and their five-year-old twins Harper and Gideon had a day filled with great food, turkey hats…and a biology lesson!

“Earlier today, prepping for Thanksgiving dinner. Teaching our children both cooking and, apparently, biology. #thankful,” Neil captioned a photo of the twins who were holding some interesting shaped carrots.

Neil Patrick Harris and his family have finally revealed their long awaited Halloween costumes!

This year, the brood opted for a very timely Star Wars group costume, with Neil as Obi-Wan Kenobi and his husband David as Han Solo.

The couple’s five-year-old twins, Gideon and Harper, were Luke Sykwalker and Princess Leia, respectively.

The group even added a Yoda stuffed animal in the background of the photo!

“A long time ago in a Halloween far, far away….,” Neil captioned the image.

This family wins Halloween…again!

One thing that we always look forward to every year on Halloween is seeing what Neil Patrick Harris and his husband David Burtka dress up as with their kids.

While they haven’t shared a family costume just yet, the couple did share a photo of their two kids – five-year-old twins Gideon and Harper – dressed up for their school’s Halloween concert.

“The kids had their Halloween concert today they wanted to go as the Queen of Mermaids and Captin Color Pants!” David tweeted.
