Alert: Missing Persons Unit is coming back!

Season 2 of the hit FOX series is set to premiere on Tuesday (March 5) at 9 p.m. ET.

Alert: Missing Persons Unit is a procedural drama set in the Philadelphia Police Department’s Missing Persons Unit (MPU). Each episode features a heart-pounding, life-or-death search for a missing person headed by detectives Jason Grant and Nikki Batista. Together with the MPU team, their job is to find the missing or abducted and reunite them with their loved ones.

As the second season begins, the MPU team step into their new office in headquarters, where Jason and Nikki meet their new boss Inspector Hollis Braun, who wants to keep a close eye on the team, particularly the unpredictable Jason Grant. Jason brings his old friend in to help with the case: master hacker Wayne Pascal, who he worked with in Afghanistan. Jason conveniently never told Nikki that Wayne was a woman (and a hot one!), which raises issues even as Nikki and Mike plan their wedding. Together, the team works to find the missing or abducted and help reunite them with their loved ones before it’s too late.

Here’s a synopsis: Leo Borlock is an average student at Mica High School. He gets decent grades, is a member of the school’s marching band and has always been content flying under the radar. But all that changes when he meets Stargirl Caraway, a confident and colorful new student with a penchant for the ukulele, who stands out in a crowd.

She is kind, finds magic in the mundane and touches the lives of others with the simplest of gestures. Her eccentricities and infectious personality charm Leo and the student body, and she quickly goes from being ignored and ridiculed to accepted and praised, then back again, sending Leo on a rollercoaster ride of emotions.

Stargirl also stars Graham Verchere, Karan Brar, Darby Stanchfield, Maximiliano Hernandez, and Giancarlo Esposito, and will premiere March 13th on Disney+!

The two stars both were at the Disney+ to unveil the projects they are working on for the streaming service!

Gina is executive producing a new series called Diary of a Female President and she’ll also be a recurring guest star on the show. She was joined by star Tess Romero to announce that the series will premiere on Disney+ in January. Told using the narration from her diary, this half-hour single camera comedy follows 12-year-old Cuban-American girl Elena’s journey through the trials of middle school, which set her on the path to ultimately become president of the United States.

Grace was joined at the event by her Stargirl co-star Graham Verchere to announce that their coming-of-age film will launch on Disney+ in early 2020.
