Marion Cotillard lands at LAX Airport with her son Marcel in a stroller on Saturday (September 17) in Los Angeles.

The 35-year-old French actress recently set the record straight about her much buzzed about character in The Dark Knight Rises.

Though she was rumored to be playing Talia al Ghul, Marion told MTV News, “Well, actually, [my character] was not based off of a character in the comic.”

As for teaming up with her Inception director Christopher Nolan, “I’m so happy that I’m working with him again,” she said.

“I could do tons of movies with him. [The Dark Knight Rises] is a huge project, but at the same time, it’s like a family crew,” she added.

Marion Cotillard and Guillaume Canet are now the proud parents of a baby boy, her rep confirms to JustJared.com.

The 35-year-old Oscar winning actress gave birth to a son named Marcel on Thursday (May 19) in Paris, People reports.

“Mother and baby are fine. [Marion is] very happy,” a source told the mag.

This is the first child for Marion and Guillaume, 38, who met on the set of the 2003 film, Love Me If You Dare. The couple most recently worked together on Little White Lies.

Though Marion has been spotted wearing a diamond on her left hand, a source previously told People the two are not engaged.

The 35-year-old French actress recently has been sporting a sparkler on her ring finger, though there’s no official word on whether she’s engaged to boyfriend Guillaume Canet.

Over the weekend, Marion wore the rumored engagement ring to the opening ceremony of the Marrakech Film Festival and a Dior dinner with Guillaume.

There’s even speculation Marion could also be expecting her first child!
