Harley Pasternak, the longtime personal trailer of Kanye West, is giving an update on his current health condition.

The 42-year-old fitness guru was allegedly present when Kanye was admitted into the hospital back in November.

“I’ve been working with Kanye for 13 or 14 years,” Harley told Us Weekly. “He’s really a fit guy…Kanye‘s active. He’s exercising. He’s eating well and he’s got a great family.”

He added, “But he’s really a creative person. We would go on these walks and have great conversations about music and architecture. He actually inspired me to come up with this web series, Walking With Harley, where you’re going to see me walking with a lot of very interesting and funny people.”

Kanye‘s wife Kim Kardashian recently returned to social media after a three-month break, and shared photos of their family.

The two have been training with Harley for over a year! Other celebs who work up a sweat with Harley include Megan Fox and Amanda Seyfried.

Megan Fox wears her support for her boyfriend, Brian Austin Green, after a work-out with celebrity trainer Harley Pasternak on Thursday (May 27) in Los Angeles.

The 24-year-old actress wore a cap emblazoned with Fish Without a Bicycle, a 2003 romantic comedy that Brian directed and starred in.

Earlier today, JustJared.com confirmed that Victoria’s Secret model Rosie Huntington-Whiteley will be replacing Megan in the Transformers franchise.

The 21-year-old will soon be heading to New York City to shoot her multi-episode arc for Gossip Girl as the love interest for Dan (Penn Badgley). Hilary‘s episodes are scheduled to debut in this season’s fourth episode, slated to air on Monday, October 5th.

The 31-year-old singer reportedly has been seeing 23-year-old actress cocktail waitress and actress Scheana Marie but John has denied having a girlfriend.

“We’re friends,” Scheana tells People. “He’s a great guy. He’s funny and sweet.”
