Djimon Hounsou Hits The Gala Screening Of 'The King's Man' With Ralph Fiennes

Djimon Hounsou looks so sharp in his purple suit at the premiere of The King’s Man held at Museum of Modern Art on Monday (December 13) in New York City.

The 57-year-old actor joined his co-stars Ralph Fiennes, Harris Dickinson and Rhys Ifans for the gala screening in support of the new movie, which is out in theaters on December 22.

Deborra-Lee Furness, Giancarlo Esposito, Brooks Nader, Alina Baikova, Ulla Parker and Tommy Dunn, Johannes Huebl, and Alex Wong also were seen at the screening to check out the movie.

The King’s Man is set in the early years of the 20th century, where the Kingsman agency is formed to stand against a cabal plotting a war to wipe out millions.

Just last week, Ralph, Rhys and Harris were seen at the premiere in London. Check out the pics here!

For those who don’t know, the guys star in the series Bridgerton, Dark Desire, and Stranger Things, respectively.

Other celebs in attendance included Sex Education‘s Asa Butterfield, The King’s Man‘s Harris Dickinson, Animal Kingdom‘s Finn Cole, Kingsman‘s Mark Strong, model Naomi Campbell, and Olympic diver Tom Daley.

Gemma Arterton Shines Next To Ralph Fiennes at 'The King's Man' Premiere in London

Gemma Arterton shows off her shiny dress on the red carpet at the premiere of her new movie, The King’s Man, held at Cineworld Leicester Square on Monday (December 6) in London, England.

The 35-year-old actress joined her co-stars Ralph Fiennes, Rhys Ifans, Charles Dance, Tom Hollander and Harris Dickinson, as well as director Matthew Vaughn at the event.

Screenwriter Karl Gajdusek was also spotted there, alongside Claudia Schiffer, Alixandra von Renner and Jason Fuchs.

The film will be out on December 22.

Honor Swinton Byrne Rocks A Shiny Trench Look For 'The Souvenir: Part II' Premiere

Honor Swinton Byrne steps out in a long black trench coat for the premiere of her new movie, The Souvenir: Part II, during the 2021 BFI London Film Festival at The Royal Festival Hall on Friday (October 8) in London, England.

The 24-year-old actress joined co-stars Jaygann Ayeh, Harris Dickinson, Gala Bernal, and Byron Broadbent on the red carpet, as well as director Joanna Hogg, for the event.

Here’s a summary for the movie: In the aftermath of her tumultuous relationship with a charismatic but manipulative older man, Julie begins to untangle her fraught love for him by making her graduation film and sorting fact from his elaborately constructed fiction.

Charlie Heaton, Joe Alwyn, and Honor‘s mother, Tilda Swinton, also star in The Souvenir: Part II.

The Souvenir: Part II is expected to hit theaters on October 29.

'The King's Man' Trailer Debuts Online - Watch Now!

The trailer for The King’s Man has just debuted online!

The movie is directed by Matthew Vaughn and stars Ralph Fiennes, Gemma Arterton, Rhys Ifans, Matthew Goode, Tom Hollander, Harris Dickinson, Daniel Brühl, Djimon Hounsou, and Charles Dance.

Here’s the logline for the film: As a collection of history’s worst tyrants and criminal masterminds gather to plot a war to wipe out millions, one man must race against time to stop them. It is an origin story to The Kingsman and will hit theaters on December 22.

The new teaser for the upcoming movie was released on Tuesday (July 6) and features some insight into how the Kingsman organization was formed.

The King’s Man serves as a prequel to the first two Kingsman films and was originally scheduled to premiere in the fall of 2020, but was ultimately delayed until December 2021 due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

Harris Dickinson & Taylor John Smith Join Cast of 'Where the Crawdads Sing' Movie

The film adaptation of the best-selling novel Where the Crawdads Sing has added rising stars Harris Dickinson and Taylor John Smith to the cast.

Deadline reports that the two actors “were among a slew of talent vying for the male leads in the film.”

The film will take place “in the mid-20th century South and centers on Kya (Normal People‘s Daisy Edgar-Jones), a young woman who is abandoned by her family and has to raise herself all alone in the marshes outside of her small town. However, when her former boyfriend is found dead, Kya is thrust into the spotlight, instantly branded by the local townspeople and law enforcement as the prime suspect for his murder.”

You might recognize Harris from his first big role in Beach Rats, which is streaming now on Hulu, or from Maleficent: Mistress of Evil. He will next be seen in The King’s Man.

Taylor is best known for his roles in the HBO limited series Sharp Objects and in the movie The Outpost, which is streaming now on Netflix. His new movie Shadow in the Cloud was just released on VOD.
