David Arquette is hoping that Hayden Panettiere returns for the upcoming Scream 5.

The 48-year-old actor opened up in a new interview about the possibility of seeing Hayden reboot her role as Kirby Reed in the movie.

“I love Hayden,” David shared with HollywoodLife. “I think she’s a tremendous person and actress, and I’d love to see her back.”

If you recall, Hayden‘s Kirby was last seen in the film series as she was bleeding out after being stabbed by Charlie. However, Kirby’s body was never found, so she could very well be alive and kicking.

Scream 5 has added a few new faces to the movie, including In The Heights star Melissa Barrera.

Hayden Panettiere‘s ex-boyfriend Brian Hickerson has been charged with felony assault.

The Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department confirmed that he was arrested on Thursday (July 16) and charged with corporal injury on a spouse/cohabitant, and remains in custody held on a $320,000 bail, via People.

“Brian Hickerson was charged last night in an 8-count felony complaint alleging domestic violence and assault. Hayden reported to the Teton County Sheriff in Wyoming, the LAPD and the Santa Monica PD with multiple serious instances of extreme domestic violence perpetuated by [Hickerson] against Hayden during their year-and-a-half relationship.”

Hayden issued a statement on Friday (July 17).

“I am coming forward with the truth about what happened to me with the hope that my story will empower others in abusive relationships to get the help they need and deserve. I am prepared to do my part to make sure this man never hurts anyone again. I’m grateful for my support system, which helped me find the courage to regain my voice and my life.”

Her lawyer, Alan Jackson, also issued a statement: ““After suffering for years as the victim of psychological, emotional and severe physical abuse, Hayden Panettiere has begun the process of taking back her life. Hayden has found the strength and courage to share the truth about her abuse and her abuser, and she intends to assist the prosecution to see that justice is served. As a survivor, she recognizes that her arduous journey of healing has just begun.”

Brian was previously arrested for allegedly punching Hayden in the face in February. Last May, Brian was charged with felony domestic violence after an altercation with Hayden. That case ended up being dismissed.

Hayden Panettiere has obtained a restraining order against her ex-boyfriend Brian Hickerson.

The 30-year-old Nashville actress filed to register an out-of-state restraining order she recently obtained one against her ex-boyfriend, according to court documents obtained by The Blast.

Hayden is asking the court to enforce the terms of the protective order in Los Angeles, where she is currently living.

Hayden reportedly broke up with Brian last month after dating for less than two years. Back on Valentine’s Day, Brian was arrested in Wyoming after allegedly punching Hayden in the face.

The incident wasn’t the first time Brian was arrested for domestic violence against Hayden. Back in 2019, Brian was charged with felony domestic violence after reportedly getting into a physical fight with Hayden.

The charges were dropped after Hayden reportedly refused to cooperate with the prosecution.

As of right now, the reason behind Hayden filing for the restraining order is unknown.

Hayden Panettiere shared a rare throwback photo of her daughter Kaya, who is now five years old.

The 30-year-old actress posted a photo to her Instagram, which she newly made public.

“Seems like this picture was taken yesterday. Can’t believe my baby is 5 already! Time flies,” Hayden posted on her Instagram account.

The 30-year-old Nashville actress announced on her social media on Sunday (June 7) that she officially launched her public Instagram, and she’s posted a few photos already.

“Hello everyone! Finally posting publicly. Hope everyone is staying healthy and safe 🙏🏼🙏🏽🙏🏾🙏🏿,” she captioned her first selfie on the page, which is @haydenpanettiere.

“Glad I got to breathe in the fresh air and take my mask off for a min. while no was was around. Otherwise I’m in one all the time! Brought a little NY fashion to the beach which is y I look like I’m going to a funeral 😂,” she added on another.

She also shared a vintage photo of her mother, as well as a throwback photo with longtime friend Stella Maeve.

Hayden Panettiere‘s boyfriend Brian Hickerson was arrested again, on Valentine’s Day, for domestic battery after he allegedly punched her in the face. This was not his first arrest for domestic violence against Hayden.

On Sunday (February 23), Hayden started tweeting again and fans began asking her questions about how she is doing.

She also posted a photo of her ex, Wladimir Klitschko, dancing with their five-year-old daughter Kaya Evdokia Klitschko. The tweet has since been deleted, but Hayden wrote, “Best father ever.”

A Twitter user responded, “Before or after he beat you,” to which Hayden responded, “Wrong guy. Klitschko’s r legends. That’s my CHAMP.”

Another fan responded, “Hayden, how are you doing are you okay?” to which she responded, “Always good.”
