'Hope For Haiti Now' Telethon Raises $58 Million

The Hope For Haiti Now telethon has raised $58 million toward relief for Haiti disaster victims!

Friday’s star-studded event brought together Hollywood’s best and brightest to support the worthy cause and aired on more than 25 networks.

The Hope For Haiti Now album, comprised of the telethon’s performances, is also #1 on the iTunes charts in more than 18 countries over the weekend, CNN said.

FYI: Sales from iTunes and corporate/large private donations have not yet been added to the $58 million total.

Earlier that day, the 29-year-old singer rocked the house at the Hope For Haiti Now telethon and debuted a new song, “Lift Me Up”!

The song is off of her forthcoming album, Bionic, due out in March!

Rihanna Debuts 'Stranded' With Jay-Z & Bono

Rihanna performs with Jay-Z and Bono as part of the Hope For Haiti Now telethon on Friday night (January 21) at The Hospital Club in London.

The 21-year-old singer performed “Stranded,” a charity single to benefit Haiti relief efforts.

The chorus of the song is “Haiti, mon amour, not gonna leave you stranded.”

Jennifer Aniston, Sacha Baron Cohen and John Cusack man the phones in Los Angeles at the Hope for Haiti Now: A Global Benefit for Earthquake Relief telethon airing on most all major networks on Friday (January 22).
