Check out Hunter Parrish‘s debut single “Sitting At Home,” off of his upcoming EP Guessing Games!

The 24-year-old Weeds star’s EP will be released on April 17, but if you are in the New York City area, grab your copy of Guessing Games at the Circle in the Square Theatre!

“This is a chance for me to show people that I write my own music and to share another part of myself,” Hunter told Broadway.com

“A lot of the music is about love,” Hunter said. “Some of it is just love for my momma and there are some ex-girlfriends I’ve been writing about…I don’t think they’ll be angry, I’m not like Taylor Swift!”

Hunter Parrish gets ready for some live theatre at the Broadway opening of Lysistrata Jones held at the Walter Kerr Theatre on Wednesday (December 14) in New York City.

The 24-year-old actor was joined at the opening by Cynthia Nixon, Lance Bass, and Kathie Lee Gifford.

Hunter Parrish wears Marc Jacobs as he arrives at the after party for the opening night performance of Godspell at Planet Hollywood on Monday night (November 7) in New York City.

The 24-year-old actor, who stars in the show, finished his look with Closed chinos and Generic Man shoes.

Godspell, set in the late ’60s and early ’70s in New York City, is a take on the gospel of St. Matthew.

“I love any story that encourages the strength of love in community. I seek to embody the teachings of Jesus and that’s what Godspell is all about,” Hunter has said. “It’s a story that reminds us to embrace our family and our friends, and to use love to live virtuously…and, it’s all in song and dance!! What’s not to love?!”

Carey Mulligan and Hunter Parrish are back in black at the National Board of Review of Motion Pictures Awards gala at NYC’s Cipriani on Tuesday (January 12).

The 24-year-old An Education starlet, who wore a gown by Prada, took home the award for Best Actress! Carey told USA Today that she’d found a way to counteract red carpet nerves: “I always have a bag I can hold on to really hard,” she shared.

Hunter, 22, came to the ceremony to support his film, It’s Complicated, which took home the award for Best Ensemble Cast! He also wore a shirt from Shipley & Halmos.

Weeds star Hunter Parrish has been working on music with a major record label, sources reveals exclusively to JustJared.com.

The actor, who turns 22 on Wednesday, hasn’t signed on the dotted line for an official record deal yet but has been working on his music career in his spare time.

Hunter last played a basketball player in Zac Efron‘s latest flick 17 Again. He also played young romantic Melchior in the Tony-Award-winning Broadway musical Spring Awakening until the show closed this past January.

Harry Potter star Daniel Radcliffe visits the cast of Spring Awakening on Broadway backstage at The Eugene O’Neill Theater in New York City on Sunday night.

The 19-year-old British actor supported his fellow Broadway stars, Spring Awakening cast members Hunter Parrish (Melchior), Alexandra Socha (Wendla) and Gerard Canonico (Moritz).

Spring Awakening, the Tony Award-winning rock musical with music by Duncan Sheik, announced it will close on Broadway on January 18, 2009.
