The 34-year-old actor was joined by his Vampire Diaries co-stars Paul Wesley and Nathaniel Buzolic.

The BloodyNightCon3 kicks off tomorrow and will be the third convention where The Vampire Diaries has been promoted in Spain.

On the same day, Ian‘s girlfriend Nina Dobrev dolled up while attending the new Origins GinZing Energy-Boosting Moisturizer Launch.

Ian Somerhalder heads out and about and hops into a limo on the gorgeous Spring day on Wednesday (May 1) in New York City.

“Happy May 1st world, time is flying-hope you’re having fun” the 34-year-old The Vampire Diaries actor tweeted earlier that day.

“Wondering dark&quiet NY streets solo,reminiscing about times past,youth&pondering life.NYC does that-quite an existential moment for Ian…” Ian wrote in the early hours of the morning. “Good night beautiful world…” he added a bit later.

Ian Somerhalder rocks a tuxedo for the newly released trailer for his upcoming short Time Framed.

“Somerhalder is smart and thrilling. His real-life passion for the environment comes to fruition through his powerful performance,” the 34-year-old actor’s director Sinisha Nisevic shared.

The 34-year-old Vampire Diaries actor, who sits beside Josie herself in the pic, was chosen to lead the campaign because of his charitable work with his organization, the Ian Somerhalder Foundation.

The 34-year-old actor and 24-year-old actress were visiting a sick The Vampire Diaries fan in the area who was suffering in the hospital. So sweet of them!!!

“Happy Easter @kayla_0507 !!!! Thinking of you today – sending you positive vibes ! We had so much fun hanging out with you yesterday! :)” Nina wrote on her WhoSay account that day.

“HAPPY EASTER!” Ian tweeted that afternoon.

On vampires: “I don’t remember exactly when the switch happened where vampires went from being grotesque anomalies to more aesthetically appealing forms.”

On The Vampire Diaries: “I show up to work and bite hot chicks every day. It could be worse.”

On his work in his free time: “My foundation and I are actually building a farm, a huge animal sanctuary out in Louisiana that’s also a youth-education camp and a sustainable agriculture farm.”

On people he’d like to work with: “When I was growing up watching movies, the ones I watched daily, almost, were the old Pacino movies, the Godfathers. If Cary Grant were still alive, I would love to do a movie with him.”
