Jessica Chastain is gorgeous in emerald green while hitting the red carpet a the premiere of her anticipated film It: Chapter Two held at the Regency Village Theatre on Monday (August 26) in Westwood, Calif.
The film, which sees the return of Bill Skarsgard as Pennywise the Clown and the addition of new cast members including Jessica Chastain as grown up Beverly and Bill Hader as grown up Richie. Watch the trailer for the horror movie if you missed it.

Ahead of the launch of this year’s convention, the cast stepped out for the Warner Bros. Scare Diego event on Wednesday night (July 17) in San Diego, Calif.
Jessica opened up about being immersed in 4,500 gallons of fake blood in It: Chapter Two, which is being called the bloodiest scene in the history of horror films.
“That’s what I’ve been told, it wasn’t real blood,” Jessica expressed. “I said this is really our oppurtiniy to really make something crazy, let’s do ‘Carrie‘ on steroids. I fully went in the blood, which I regretted a lot afterwards. I was pulling stuff out of my eyeballs the next day.”

The film is a follow up to 2017′s smash hit It. Because every 27 years evil revisits the town of Derry, Maine, It Chapter Two brings the characters—who’ve long since gone their separate ways—back together as adults, nearly three decades after the events of the first film.
Here’s what the cast had to share about the movie…
Bill, on how Pennywise has changed from the first film to the second film: “He’s scarier and he’s angrier. There’s a couple of very brutal things in the film.”
Jessica, on the infamous Chinese food scene from the movie: “We had so much fun (shooting the sequence.) We literally sat, pretending to drink shots and eat Chinese food for two days.”
Director Andy Muschietti on the new film: “People who love the first one will love the second one. The emotional journey is probably doubled. The stakes are doubled. Pennywise wants revenge.”
