Lindsay Lohan makes a late night exit out of SHOREbar on Wednesday (July 4) in Santa Monica, Calif.

The 26-year-old actress celebrated Independence Day at the hot spot with her The Canyons co-star James Deen! Also at the SHOREbar party that evening was Katy Perry with her brother, musician David, and actress Shannon Woodward!
