Ryan Reynolds wears a blue button-down while leaving his hotel on Friday (July 15) in New York City.

Before heading out for the day, the 39-year-old actor took some funny photos for his wife Blake Lively to show off during her appearance on The Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon.

While appearing on the show just two weeks ago, Blake was given a life-size cardboard cut-out of Jimmy to take home. She shared a cute video of her daughter James calling the cut-out “dada” and also photos of Ryan posing with it!

The last photo shows Ryan sleeping on the table shirtless while his shirt is hanging on the cut-out. Watch the video below.

Ryan Reynolds and Blake Lively have a 13-month-old daughter named James and the actor is opening up about why they picked out that name.

The 39-year-old Deadpool actor says that his daughter was named after his father James, who died last October after a long battle with Parkinson’s disease.

“My father just passed away, but my daughter’s named after him,” he said.

“In the spectrum of weird celebrity baby names, I feel like we’re really not breaking new ground here. I didn’t call her Summer Squash Meadowlark,” Ryan said on ITV’s Good Morning Britain. “I also thought of going with all the letters silent in her name and it’d just be pronounced [long breath out]. I’m just giving dumb celebrities ideas.”

Ryan Reynolds just posted the sweetest message for his little girl!

The 39-year-old Deadpool star revealed his daughter James‘ birth date as December 16 by taking to Twitter to wish her a happy first birthday.

“Happy birthday to my baby girl! Sad I lost my virginity. But thankful I have a daughter,” Ryan joked.

It was previously not known which day she was born. It was revealed that he and wife Blake Lively welcomed their first child in January 2015.

Blake Lively just shared a photo on her Instagram page of her breastfeeding her daughter James, 6 months.

“The PERKS of breastfeeding. 😳😊 #YesThatsRiceInMyHair #BlondevsBronde #BrondeJamesBronde” the 27-year-old bikini-clad actress captioned the photo, which also referenced her new hair color and busy life! James is not visible in the photo, but slightly out of view.

Blake Lively has shared the first photo of her husband Ryan Reynolds with their nearly six-month-old baby girl James to celebrate Father’s Day!

While all we see of James in the photo is her little feet, the picture is still super cute.

“Happy Fathers Day!!! … @vancityreynolds Since the day our baby was born, I’ve felt so strongly in my heart that you were most likely the father. 😳😁😋😊😉😉😍😎😍 #ILoveYouSoMuchItsSilly,” Blake captioned the photo on Instagram.

Ryan also wrote a message on Father’s Day.

“On Fathers Day, my daughter smiled at me. It was all the gift I needed as I packed a bag and left for 6 years to write a book on parenting,” he tweeted.

“You’re still very close with your…co-stars and the three of you are godmothers to Blake Lively‘s baby–is that a fact?” Nick Lachey asked Amber during an appearance on Big Morning Buzz Live.

“Yes, that is a fact,” Amber replied.
