Janet Jackson sits down with ABC’s Juju Chang for an interview airing Thursday (December 15) on Good Morning America.
The 45-year-old entertainer opened up about being the new face and body of Nutrisystem.
“It’s a matter of learning how to keep it off, that maintenance and they have a program for that,” Janet shared. “My success plan is to be healthy and feel good about me.”
Janet also discussed her niece, Paris Jackson, and her decision to sign on for a role in Lundon’s Bridge and the Three Keys.
“I’m happy for her because this is what she wants to do,” she said. “[But] I said, ‘You should really take this time to enjoy your youth to its fullest’ because you lose so much of your childhood in this industry.”

“We are not here to seek revenge. There is nothing you can do today that will bring Michael back,” the statement read.
“We respectfully request that you [the judge] impose a sentence that reminds physicians that they cannot sell their services to the highest bidder and cast aside their Hippocratic oath to do no harm. As we all know from this tragedy, doing so can have devastating results,” it added. More Here! »

The 45-year-old singer interrupted her Australian tour schedule to return to America and be with her family during the involuntary manslaughter case against Conrad Murray in regards to the death of her brother, Michael Jackson.
Janet will be performing in Sydney until November 8, before heading to South Africa for a scheduled concert stop. Janet will arrive back in the US for some remaining performances in December.

The 45-year-old entertainer took time to meet with Oritse Williams and JB Gill of the British boy band JLS after her show.
Janet brought her tour to London for a four night stay starting on Thursday (June 30). She added a special moment to the show to honor the memory of her brother Michael, two years after he passed away.
Janet performed the song “Scream” alongside the music video of Michael performing it with her.
