Javier Bardem is weighing in on sexual abuse allegations against Woody Allen.
In an interview with The Guardian, the 52-year-old actor said of the director, “Pointing fingers at someone is very dangerous if it hasn’t been legally proven. Beyond that, it’s just gossip.”
The pair previously worked together on the Woody‘s film Vicky Cristina Barcelona in 2008.

During an interview with his co-star Nicole Kidman for The Hollywood Reporter, the 52-year-old actor says he didn’t quite realize how monumental it was to play Desi Arnaz and also defended being cast in the role despite not being Cuban.

Nicole Kidman is on the Oscar campaign trail for her new movie Being the Ricardos and she just arrived in L.A.
The Oscar-winning actress walked the red carpet with co-star Javier Bardem at the west coast premiere on Monday night (December 6) at the Academy Museum in Los Angeles.
The two leads were joined at the event by co-stars JK Simmons, Nina Arianda, Tony Hale, Alia Shawkat, Linda Lavin, and Nelson Franklin, as well as writer and director Aaron Sorkin.
Last week, the cast attended the film’s New York City premiere and we have all of those red carpet photos as well!
Being the Ricardos gives revealing glimpse of the Lucille Ball and Desi Arnaz’s complex romantic and professional relationship, the film takes audiences into the writers’ room, onto the soundstage and behind closed doors with the couple during one critical production week of their groundbreaking sitcom I Love Lucy. The movie premieres in limited theaters on December 10 before a streaming debut on Amazon Prime Video on December 21.

The Oscar-winning actress looked lovely while posing with co-star Javier Bardem at the premiere of their new movie Being the Ricardos on Thursday evening (December 2) at Jazz at Lincoln Center in New York City.
Also in attendance at the event were co-stars JK Simmons, Nina Arianda, Tony Hale, Alia Shawkat, and Jake Lacy, as well as writer and director Aaron Sorkin.

Javier Bardem is all smiles as he arrives at the 2022 Goya Awards Candidates Lecture event held at the Cinema Academy on Monday (November 29) in Madrid, Spain.
The 52-year-old actor reunited with his Good Boss director Fernando Leon de Aranoa on the red carpet, where they were also joined by the rest of the cast of the film: Patricia de Muns, Javier Mendez, Oscar de la Fuente, Sonia Almarcha, Almudena Amor, Manolo Solo and Celtia Montes.
Madres Paralelas star Milena Smit was also spotted at the event this afternoon.
The Good Boss picked up a total of 20 nominations at the Goya Awards this year including Best Picture, Best Director, Best Original Screenplay, Best Actor, Best Supporting Actor (for three people!), Best Supporting Actress, Best Emerging Actor, and Best Emerging Actress, among a few other technical nominations, too.
The nominations for The Good Boss set a record!
The 2022 Goya Awards will be held on February 12, 2022 at Les Arts de València.
