Berenice Bejo and Jean Dujardin arrive at the 2012 Australian Academy of Cinema and Television Arts Awards held at Soho House on Friday (January 27) in West Hollywood, Calif.

The co-stars’ movie, The Artist, was the big winner of the night, picking up the award for Best Film, Best Direction, and Best Actor!

Also pictured: Meryl Streep who was given the award for Best Actress for her role as Margaret Thatcher in The Iron Lady.

Here’s what the 39-year-old The Artist actor had to share:

On the art of dancing: “I learned to tap-dance for The Artist. I love dancing in general, and making girls dance. My generation doesn’t do it enough.”

On if he would move to America: “Oh, no. I am too Parisian. And I think the French would be angry if I left. I hope they would be angry.”

On an idol of his, Paul Newman: “I adore Newman. His elegance was so relaxed—chewing gum, opening his jacket, the tie hanging.”

Berenice Bejo and Jean Dujardin hit the 2012 Golden Globe Awards held at The Beverly Hilton Hotel on Sunday (January 15) in Beverly Hills, Calif.

The Artist co-stars were both nominated – Berenice for Best Performance by an Actress in a Supporting Role and Jean for Best Performance by an Actor in a Motion Picture (Comedy or Musical).

Berenice wore a Gucci Première sapphire silk organza strapless gown. She accessorized with a vintage navy blue Daniel Swarovski clutch, Rene Caovilla heels, and Chopard jewelry.

The Artist stars Berenice Bejo and Jean Dujardin hit the red carpet at the 2012 Critics’ Choice Awards, held at The Hollywood Palladium on Thursday (January 12) in Los Angeles.

Berenice, 35, wore a lapis blue sleeveless beaded v-neck cocktail dress from Elie Saab and finished her look with an Edie Parker clutch. She was nominated for Best Supporting Actress!

Director Michel Hazanavicius, who’s pictured with Berenice, won the award for Best Director at the show! The Artist is also up for the award for Best Picture.

Berenice and Jean were also spotted out earlier in the week for the Weinstein Company and Audi party at Chateau Marmont.

FYI: Jean is wearing head-to-toe Lanvin.

The 35-year-old actress met up with designer Diane von Furstenberg, who helped host the event with Harvey Weinstein, as well as the film’s director, Michel Hazanavicius.

Berenice Bejo and Jean Dujardin walk the red carpet together at the 23rd Annual Palm Springs International Film Festival Awards Gala at the Palm Springs Convention Center on Saturday (January 7) in Palm Springs, Calif.

The Artist co-stars were on hand to present the Sonny Bono Visionary Award to their film’s director Michel Hazanavicius.
