Jennifer Aniston is spotted for the first time following the announcement of her engagement on the set of her new film We’re The Millers on Monday (August 13) in Wilmington, N.C.

The 43-year-old actress accepted a proposal from her boyfriend Justin Theroux on his 41st birthday last week. She did not wear an engagement ring on set, though she was dressed in character for a scene.

“Justin Theroux had an amazing birthday Friday, receiving an extraordinary gift when his girlfriend, Jennifer Aniston, accepted his proposal of marriage,” his rep said in a statement.

“Justin Theroux had an amazing birthday Friday, receiving an extraordinary gift when his girlfriend, Jennifer Aniston, accepted his proposal of marriage,” according to a statement from his rep.

Jennifer and Justin began dating in May of 2011. Justin recently signed on to write and direct Zoolander 2, the sequel to Ben Stiller‘s 2001 comedy. Jennifer is currently working on a comedy of her own called We’re The Millers.

Earlier this month, rumors about Jen and Justin‘s breakup were reported but are obviously untrue.

Congratulations to the happy couple!

Jennifer Aniston and Justin Theroux have not broken up despite reports indicting they have, according to her rep.

“It’s once again just another fabrication to sell magazines and has no relationship to reality,” her spokesman told MSN’s Wonderwall.
