Ashley Tisdale is white hot at the holiday party for her company Blondie Girl Productions on Monday (December 17) at The Village in Studio City, Calif.

The 27-year-old actress was joined at the bash by her pal Selena Gomez and her older sis Jennifer Tisdale.

Other guests at the party, which benefited Toys for Tots, included Julianne Hough, Derek Hough, Ashley‘s Scary Movie 5 co-star Simon Rex, her Hellcats co-star Robbie Jones, and Austin Stowell.

FYI: Selena is wearing a Love Quotes scarf.

Ashley Tisdale‘s older sister Jennifer Tisdale is expecting her first child with fiance Shane, a source close to the couple tells JustJared.com.

“They couldn’t be happier,” the source reveals. “They’re ecstatic and planning to get married later this month.”

Jennifer, 27, announced her engagement to Shane via Twitter earlier this month.

Yesterday, mama-to-be Jennifer tweeted that she’s moving into a bigger apartment to fit her growing family: “Getting ready to pack up my apartment :) So excited about getting a bigger place w/ my loves!”

Earlier in the day, the 23-year-old High School Musical starlet was seen catching a flight out of Burbank, Calif. She was accompanied by her pet pooch Maui, mom Lisa, and boybander boyfriend Jared Murillo.

When recently asked if Sharpay (Tisdale) is still trying to steal Troy (Zac Efron) from Gabriella (Vanessa Hudgens), Ashley shared, “She’s kind of over Troy this time round! Okay, so she’s always gonna have a little bit of a crush on him [laughs], but she’s focused on the fact that someone from East High is going to be awarded a scholarship to a top performing arts college and, of course, she thinks it should be her. She also has a new friend, Tiara (Jemma McKenzie-Brown), who’s a sophomore and becomes her assistant. Sharpay is very good at bossing her around!”

Ashley Tisdale joins older sister Jennifer Tisdale on Tuesday for a “Friends and family” screening of Jennifer`s new movie Bring It On: In It To Win It at Universal City Walk, Calif. Jennifer plays the role of cheerleader Chelsea.

Tizz, 22, was previously seen at Z100′s Jingle Ball on Dec. 14, after her nose job a few weeks ago.
