Nicole Kidman attends a photo call for her new movie, The Railway Man, on Friday (April 27) in Edinburgh, Scotland.

The 44-year-old actress was joined by her co-stars Colin Firth, Jeremy Irvine, Stellan Skarsgard, and director of the film Jonathan Teplitzky to announce the beginning of production.

The film, adapted from Eric Lomax‘s bestselling book and based on a true story, starts shooting for ten weeks this coming week.

The Railway Man will be shooting in Edinburgh, Thailand, and Australia.

War Horse co-stars Jeremy Irvine and Tom Hiddleston suit up for the 2012 Jameson Empire Awards held at the Grosvenor House Hotel on Sunday (March 25) in London, England.

Tom, 31, and Jeremy were joined at the ceremony by James McAvoy!

At the awards show, Tom won the Best Newcomer Award for his performance in Thor! “Um… So I won the Best Male Newcomer Award at the #JEAwards. I am genuinely humbled by it. Thank you so very much to all who voted. Wow,” Tom tweeted. Jeremy was up for the same award for his performance in War Horse.

Check out the newly released trailer for Dakota Fanning and Jeremy Irvine‘s film Now Is Good!

Here’s a synopsis of the movie: Tessa (Fanning), a girl dying of leukemia compiles a list of things she’d like to do before passing away. One of her last wishes is to find love, which she does with her neighbor Adam (Irvine).

In case you missed it, check out the poster for the film, which depicts Dakota and Jeremy in an embrace.

Look out for Now is Good, expected to be released sometime this year!

The 17-year-old actress takes on the role of Tessa Scott, a girl dying of leukemia who writes a list of things she’d like to do before passing away. On the top of the list: her desire to lose her virginity.

Dakota was first spotted on the film’s London set back in July with a blonde pixie cut.

Though there was buzz she had chopped off her long locks, Dakota‘s rep later explained that she was just donning a wig to play her character.

Clemence Poesy hits all the right fashion notes at the Burberry Fall/Winter 2012 Womenswear show during London Fashion Week held at Kensington Gardens on Monday (February 20).

The 29-year-old French actress was accompanied by Burberry spokesman Eddie Redmayne, War Horse actor Jeremy Irvine, British fashionista Alexa Chung, and Burberry spokesmodel Cara Delevingne.

Eddie Redmayne hits the red carpet at the 2012 BAFTAs, aka Orange British Academy Film Awards, held at the Royal Opera House on Sunday (February 12) in London, England.

Carey Mulligan and Michael Fassbender walk the red carpet together at the London Critics’ Circle Film Awards 2012 held at The BFI Southbank on Thursday (January 19) in London, England.

The Shame co-stars were both nominated for their work in the controversial film, which also picked up a nomination for Best British Film of the Year.

Michael was nominated in both the Best Actor of the Year and Best British Actor of the Year categories while Carey picked up a nomination for Best British Actress of the Year.
