A heftier-looking Jesse Metcalfe shows off his growing chest hair and treasure trail while throwing around a football at a Los Angeles park on Saturday (January 31).

Earlier today, pictures were posted of the 30-year-old actor with a 20-year-old British student Madeline. This is what Jesse looked like two years ago.

Below is a better picture of the tattoo on his left arm — a naked woman with wings lassoing a giant cartoon heart.

Former Desperate Housewives gardener Jesse Metcalfe and British student Madeline, 20, throw a football around at a Los Angeles park on Saturday (January 31).

At one point, Jesse, 30, went shirtless and showed off his Paul Frank underwear and three of his tattoos. Here are a few details of them:

– On his back, a Celtic cross
– On his right tricep, “IX LIVES” (nine lives)
– On his left arm, a naked woman with wings lassoing a giant cartoon heart

Speaking to the last tattoo, Jesse has said, “Everyone has had their heart broken but this is just a reminder not to let it happen again. I went through a hard break-up. Every tattoo is a memory. It doesn’t mean you are staying in that moment or obsessing about it. I chose to get that tattoo, especially with the heart on the arm, because I choose to wear my heart on my sleeve. It fits with my personality. I really couldn’t be happier with the tattoo. It’s the best I have.”

Summertime is just around the corner and Jesse Metcalfe gladly goes shirtless in his latest set of pics posted on MySpace.

After the pictures, he posted a quote by Alan Ashley Pitt, the British-sounding pen name for Phil Wernig, a greeting-card entrepreneur from Santa Barbara, Calif. The quote reads: “The man who follows the crowd will usually get no further than the crowd. The man who walks alone is likely to find himself in places no one has ever been.”

Jesse Metcalfe finds himself at the receiving end of an attack by a jealous machismo man at Boulevard 3 nightclub in Los Angeles on Thursday.

The 29-year-old former Desperate Housewives star was shoved to the ground and into the grass. Poor guy!

Here’s how the fight went down: Jesse arrived at B3 and greeted actress pal Taryn Manning with a hug and chatted with her with his arm around her. Taryn‘s machismo friend seemingly didn’t like Jesse‘s signs of affection and the two ended up in a fight on the sidewalk.

Jesse subsequently went inside Boulevard 3 whilst Taryn and her man went to Social next door. Awhile later, Jesse reemerged with an entourage of men. The group went into Social and came out a short while later with big grins on their faces.

Jesse Metcalfe gets a haircut at the very stylish Rudy’s Barbershop on W Sunset Blvd. on Tuesday in Los Angeles.

It’s apparently on again!

Alcohol-free actor Jesse Metcalfe and Girls Aloud singer Nadine Coyle seem to have rekindled their on-again, off-again romance in London on Satuday.

The couple showed up hand-in-hand for The Big Event at the G.A.Y. Astoria in central London. The recently rehabbed actor was seen sipping on a sugar-free Red Bull while holding Nadine‘s coat.

Jesse, 28, and Nadine, 22, have been together on-and-off since March 2006.

Jesse Metcalfe hams it up for a fan this past weekend at the closed down Robert F. Kennedy hospital in Hawthorne, Calif.

The former Desperate Housewives actor (he’s going to make a brief return this season) was taking a smoke break while filming an upcoming horror film. Jesse, 28, said that the fan photo had to be “SCARY” since he was shooting a horror movie.
