Gina Rodriguez has shared the details about how she first met her fiance on the set of Jane the Virgin!

While making an appearance on Tuesday’s (January 22) episode of The Tonight Show starring Jimmy Fallon, the 34-year-old actress revealed she was instantly attracted to Joe LoCicero when he played the male stripper Don Quixote on The CW series.

“He came on as a stripper that my mother hired for my bachelorette party. Jane is, like, super against it and super terrified and just, like, doesn’t know what to do with all that. But Gina does,” Gina expressed to Jimmy.

“He’s like a walking Photoshop. Like, perfection. It’s so terrifying,” Gina added. “I think I was, like, drooling and trying to remember my lines at that moment.”

“So, Jane gave me a lot of things. Not only an amazing life and a dream come true, but they gave me my love — the love of my life,” Gina continued – Watch below!

The Golden Globes will be hosted by Brooklyn Nine-Nine‘s Andy Samberg and Killing Eve‘s Sandra Oh this year. The show will air on NBC and the broadcast kicks off at 8pm EST/5pm PST. Make sure to tune in!

Gina Rodriguez and longtime love Joe LoCicero are engaged!

The 34-year-old Jane the Virgin star revealed the happy news on Tuesday (August 7) to Us Weekly.

“I have a very, very special man in my life. I am engaged. You’re the first people that I’ve told,” she revealed.

“It’s wonderful blessings like that, that make me realize that if I have an opportunity to help someone else, I want to,” she further explained.

Gina is currently working with Always and Feeding America to donate feminine products to underprivileged females.

Gina and Joe met in 2016 when he appeared on an episode of Jane the Virgin.
